The movers showed up to our condo, which is on one of the highest floors in the building. They had to come up from the basement garage and through an alley, so there were some unforeseen logistical challenges, but they handled everything flawlessly. They were very professional, worked efficiently without wasting any time packing things up (which I really appreciated), and nothing was broken. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone!

I'm so happy I chose Hero Moving when I moved from O'ahu to Hawaiʻi Island. They were very helpful, professional and reassuring during this stressful transition. They were also very affordable, especially since I procrastinated. They made the move easy, by picking up my half of my boxes and bringing it to the pier to be shipped to the Big Island, and storing what I could not bring. These are some of the most compassionate and trustworthy people I have ever come across. I was moving my disabled wife from Ewa to Hawaii Kai a long way. That morning a scam moving co. got wind of my move with Hero a showed up early claiming to be Hero and started loading my stuff. Hero called and said they were on their way. I checked around and realized what was happening. I called the police. Their scam is once they load your stuff, they become in possession of it and it's not so easy to get it unloaded without paying an extremely large fee once they get it to your destination, they come up with all sorts of things like extra miles traveled, distance to the delivery site and so on. We had to wait hours for the police sergeant to come a figure it out. I ended up having to pay them $250 to unload my stuff onto Hero's truck. All of the time while we were waited for the police the guys from Hero had to wait around before they could get the stuff that was on the bad guy's truck and the rest of my stuff still in the house before they could get on with my move. Hero even pushed back other work they had lined up for that day and had to work into the night to fulfill their other obligations for that day. I was so relived to finally get all of my stuff onto Hero's truck. These guys were great I can't say enough about the compassion and integrity of all of the people in who were working for Hero moving company including Rosy Aguilar at the office. The most important thing to look for in a moving company is honesty. So if you have a move to make do yourself a favor and call Hero moving and storage company. You have no idea what could go wrong if you pick the wrong moving company,
