These guys were very professional on every sense: Good communication, competitive price, and the actual moving was done on time, without problems, and very courteous and respectful. Highly recommended. A++

Extremely satisfied with both the speed, professionalism and care shown by Hero Moving! I was recommended to them because I was looking for a more white glove service where I knew they'd treat my items as if they were their own and they did not disappoint! I wouldn't consider anyone else after the superb job my moving crew: Omar and Lance did for me!

After receiving multiple quotes, Hero Moving Hawaii had a better hourly rate. Jordan provided me with a competitive quote and promptly replied to the four changes I made. His crew arrived on time. They were prepared with all materials and worked non stop for 5 hours in the heat. Don’t forget to tip these guys!
Moving is a stressful event, out three movers, Jordan and the entire team at Hero Moving Hawaii made a huge impact during a stressful move.

Hired Hero Moving and immediately knew they were awesome. Jordan called me back when I requested a quote online in 5 minutes. Jordan, Lance, Joyce and Omar showed up on time and moved all our items fast, efficiently and safe. I moved from a condo to a 2 story house , the team at Hero banged it out with no problem. They are great! Mahalo Jordan....mahalo Hero Team!

I'm so happy I chose Hero Moving when I moved from O'ahu to Hawaiʻi Island. They were very helpful, professional and reassuring during this stressful transition. They were also very affordable, especially since I procrastinated. They made the move easy, by picking up my half of my boxes and bringing it to the pier to be shipped to the Big Island, and storing what I could not bring. Communication was great as well, even during the weekends. Thank you Jordan and the team at Hero Moving!

These folks were careful with our furniture and so accommodating with a last minute request to move a couch to a different location. I highly recommend them

These are some of the most compassionate and trustworthy people I have ever come across. I was moving my disabled wife from Ewa to Hawaii Kai a long way. That morning a scam moving co. got wind of my move with Hero a showed up early claiming to be Hero and started loading my stuff. Hero called and said they were on their way. I checked around and realized what was happening. I called the police. Their scam is once they load your stuff, they become in possession of it and it's not so easy to get it unloaded without paying an extremely large fee once they get it to your destination, they come up with all sorts of things like extra miles traveled, distance to the delivery site and so on. We had to wait hours for the police sergeant to come a figure it out. I ended up having to pay them $250 to unload my stuff onto Hero's truck. All of the time while we were waited for the police the guys from Hero had to wait around before they could get the stuff that was on the bad guy's truck and the rest of my stuff still in the house before they could get on with my move. Hero even pushed back other work they had lined up for that day and had to work into the night to fulfill their other obligations for that day. I was so relived to finally get all of my stuff onto Hero's truck. These guys were great I can't say enough about the compassion and integrity of all of the people in who were working for Hero moving company including Rosy Aguilar at the office. The most important thing to look for in a moving company is honesty. So if you have a move to make do yourself a favor and call Hero moving and storage company. You have no idea what could go wrong if you pick the wrong moving company,
