Andrew and Chris were awesome to work with. We had a multi-stage move out out of state to Idaho and needed help with it. Andrew, the owner, was very communicative and Chris, the head mover, was exceptional during the move. All of our stuff was handled with care and everything arrived perfectly several states away. Chris and his teammate even made sure that when we put everything in storage it was usable and organized. Most movers wouldn't do that.
They were also on time at both the pickup and final destination. There were no weird uncharges or hidden fees. What they quoted is what I paid.
I'm a big fan and will recommend them again to anyone and everyone.

While they weren’t the cheapest option, the flat-rate pricing gave us peace of mind because we didn’t have to worry about how long the move would take or unexpected charges. The crew was friendly, professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. Everything arrived safely, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. My experience with Hero Haul was wonderful from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of our belongings with care. They worked efficiently while making sure everything was packed, loaded, and unloaded safely.
Hero Haul was flexible and understanding when we had a schedule conflict due to a difficult closing. Andrew was incredibly accommodating and worked with us every step of the way, making a stressful situation much easier to manage.
Andrew's team was friendly, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Chris was an excellent packer; everything I have opened so far looks great. Ezkeil used every inch of space efficiently while still making sure our belongings were secure and protected. Eligah, Arthur and Arion made a million trips up and down the stairs and asked us where we wanted everything. Often if one of the crew saw me carrying a box they asked if they could carry it for me.
Andrew's team also tackled some challenging logistics. The home we were moving out of has a steep, narrow driveway and a difficult stairway, but the crew handled everything with skill. They took great care moving our heavy furniture, and everything arrived in excellent condition. I've moved with other companies and felt rushed and even guilty for the amount or weight of the things I own. Not with this crew, they worked hard, and I never heard a complaint.
I highly recommend Hero Haul to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and trustworthy moving company. Thank you for making what is often one of life's most stressful events a smoother and positive experience! Hopefully I won't be moving again, but if I do, I'll use Hero Haul.

I have moved locally and cross country, corporate and personally and I would say the care and consideration Andrew and his team at Hero Haul gave to me, my home and all my belongings was second to none. From the first meeting to review my needs and concerns, Andrew took the time to offer additional services to help my move go smoothly. Moving day came and they were right on time and were knowledgeable and took time to check in with me throughout the move. Great team! As hard as moving can be, I have to say I enjoyed working with the team and they made the day go quickly and efficiently.
