Ken’s team was great to work with. We needed to move from a 2 bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom 30 minutes away.
The process started with a discussion and then a FaceTime to tour our apartment. We were given two types of quotes - one where they boxed everything for us + move while the other one was to just move while we did our own packing ahead. We opted for the latter option, but next time we’ll have them do it all. Another thing that was nice was that they disassembled and protected furniture when moving, and reassembled furniture in the new apartment. We inspected everything after and the only damage was one little bowl, but I could have packed that better.
One point of feedback is that the movers didn’t really pay attention to the labels on the boxes where we marked which side should face up. But like I mentioned, no damage anyway.

The team at Harbor was excellent. The crew worked quickly and carefully, making sure to care for our belongings. My communication with Ken from the outset was also great and at no time was I ever concerned with how the move was going to be executed. Kudos to the Harbor team!

Highly recommend Ken and his team. We needed to move our belongings from one storage unit to another within the same storage building. The storage facility administrator called Ken Kuzma, the owner of Harbor moving and storage, and he arrived exactly at the agreed time. He took care of the move smoothly and efficiently. It was a great pleasure dealing with Ken - he was incredibly polite, professional and reliable.
