We had to deal with an unexpected power outage mid-move, leaving the elevator down. The team analyzed every step, carried heavy pieces by hand, and kept things orderly. Their stamina and focus were INCREDIBLE. It wasn’t easy at all, but they stayed positive and driven. You can tell they take pride in doing things right.
