Elias and Johnny were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time at 1:00 p.m., immediately got to work, and completed my entire move in about an hour and a half. They were efficient, professional, and handled all of my belongings with care. Their positive attitude and teamwork made what could have been a stressful day much easier.
My only concern was with the pricing communication before the move. Rico informed me of the $50 travel/gas fee upfront, which I had no issue paying. However, at the end of the move, I was charged an additional $25 for tape and equipment that had never been mentioned beforehand. It wasn’t the amount that bothered me—it was the lack of communication. I believe all fees should be disclosed upfront so customers know exactly what to expect. Aside from that, Elias and Johnny provided excellent service, and I truly appreciate the care and hard work they put into my move.

CJ and JP were awesome! They got everything moved in about 3 hours and were so careful with all of our stuff. They worked fast, stayed organized, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. Nothing was damaged, and they treated our belongings with care from start to finish.
