I have moved an abnormally large amount of times for a human. Truly. And for those, I’ve used an ungodly amount of different moving companies- only the same company a required couple of times. Why? Because we all know how the experience usually is. So trust me when I say I KNOW moving. I’ll start with, we almost didn’t hire Flyguy. They were a little more money then the other companies. They charged for a few packing items that the others didn’t I was looking at supply wise, so I was on the fence. After a couple (personal life) items making things more stressful we decided to take the chance based on the reviews hoping that they truly would give us a no stress experience. Because we REALLY could use a win and break at this point in our home buying/moving experience. This was not an easy move. We were moving from 2 places -a high rise condo and an apartment into a home. The high rise ended up having an elevator down, so it was a fight all day to use. The initial move estimate had us scheduled for 8hrs 45min. Based on prior moves I was sure with BOTH elevators and our complex move, we’d be 2-3 hours over. After all that’s what moving companies do, right? Let me tell you something. I have never, and I mean NEVER, seen 4 people hustle from start to finish as much as these 4 young gentleman did. The only time I ever saw them stop was while waiting for the elevator or while driving. And they weren’t just walking they were practically running type of hustling. So polite, ma’am, thank you, offering to put protection on carpet in our new home, apologizing for the elevator that wasn’t their fault. At the end of the day we were 15 minutes over schedule… FIFTEEN MINUTES. I have no clue how that was done. AND they put my daughter’s bed back together, our TV legs back on and moved a couple items they saw me rearranging. I can’t use enough words (even though there are a lot here haha) to say how impressed I was with this company. I will forever refer them and tell EVERYONE the experience because THIS is how moving should be. TRUST ME PLEASE… use them. You will not regret it!

The communication from Fly Guy through the estimation process, the move, and follow-up was outstanding. Austin helped me understand exactly how our out of state move would go. They found great local help in KY to unload our trucks. Damage was minimal, overall, and the claim process seems easy so far. They were fast, courteous, clean, professional, and very careful with our personal belongings and the houses on both sides. Ashton and Alfredo were with us the whole time, and really helped us find comfort in some stressful days. I would use them again and highly recommend you consider them as well.

We had to pack 2 storage units just to declutter our house to put it on the market. We used a company that the storage unit company recommended and weren't happy.
I had to find a different company. After looking at the great reviews for Fly Guy Moving, I picked them. So glad I did. We set the day and 4 movers showed up, on time, and did a great job. The floors get covered and furniture was wrapped. Great job with packing and loading the trucks.
We were not able to get into our new home for 2 days so Fly Guy was able to store the trucks. Moving day went perfect! The floors were protected and kept clean. If I changed my mind on where something should go, they took care of it.
After moving in day, we still had 2 more days that 1 storage unit would arrive and need to be unpacked. They did those jobs also. We only needed 2 guys each day and they had each one done in an hour.
I did keep track of the names of all the guys that had helped us but, unfortunately, I can't find it. They did an excellent job, very professional and each one of them was hard working and respectful to my husband and I and to all our belongings!
