Omar, Kamya, Akeem, Diego, Terrell were our off loaders, they handled our stuff well! Didn’t break anything! So glad to have all 5 of them! Our onloaders Ronald, Jeremiah, and Lorenzo were also so careful and extremely helpful. This part of the staff was the best part of the company. The communication regarding what I ordered vs what I got… mm that was a different story. Customer service has a lot to work on and they need to be better communicators between sales staff/ mgmt and operations.

I used this company we were moving to 2 stops we had a lot of furniture boxes etc. I was amazed. Two men arrived which surprised me because of all the moving items but the gentleman loaded the 24ft truck wrapped all the furniture and off we went .In amazement they were done in less then 6 hrs with two far apart stops i’d recommend to anybody flex service
