Shaun, Kyle and crew did a wonderful job. Arrived on time and promptly went to work. I was impressed that they put floor mats and protective covers on all the door trim and corners on our old and new house. Very professional team...I would highly recommend!

This is a rather strange review, as it involves my all too frequent muddle fingered navigation of Google, but I just wanted to call out Shawn and First Class Moving for superior customer "service". For months I was juggling all the job transfer, moving and packing details of relocating to Rochester and learned last minute that my new landlord prohibited the use of PODS, and that I needed full moving services ASAP. I Googled a company I had successfully used previously, and left a quote request on thier website. Then I realized it was Friday, and that I might not hear back before Monday, so quickly scrolled down to the phone number and called. I spoke with Shawn, who was super helpful and patient with me, spending nearly an hour creating the inventory, packout plan and quote for my move. I paid the deposit, he emailed me the quote and I texted my new landlord that I was able to book an excellent "white glove" moving company that I had used in the past. The house I am renting was a fully restored 1946 town home with sweet gum woodwork and leaded glass doorways, so needed extra careful attention. Crisis averted! Shawn emailed a deposit receipt and detailed move plan, which is when I realized that I was talking to a completely different company! Somehow, while scrolling my phone, Google had directed me to the number of a "featured" advertiser. I called Shawn back immediately and explained my mistake and he graciously offered to refund my deposit on the spot. I countered with a request to hold it until I could confirm my dates with my previous movers, who ultimately moved me. But I wanted to call out Shawn and his company for the level of courtesy and service he invested in helping me resolve my error with humor, kindness and understanding.

After asking for recommendations in the Brewerton, NY Community Facebook group, First Class Moving Company was recommended by quite a few people. After using them for our move, I can absolutely see why!
Kyle, Mason, Derrell, and Jeremy were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, polite, respectful, and took exceptional care of our belongings. They truly went above and beyond to protect both our home and our furniture. They laid down floor runners, wrapped door frames with moving blankets, and even taped boxes that could potentially get bumped while furniture was being carried down the stairs.
Kyle kept me informed throughout the entire move and made sure we always knew what was going on. He would even come and ask permission for he and his crew to take a quick five-minute break. I also have to give him special recognition for successfully navigating a narrow one-way bridge leading to our new house with the moving truck. It wasn’t an easy task, but he handled it like a pro and made it work. Honestly, they worked incredibly hard for eight hours with very minimal breaks. Their work ethic was impressive, and I wouldn’t have minded if they had taken longer well deserved breaks considering how hard they were working!
What really stood out was how personable they were. They took the time to chat with us and made us feel like more than just another job on the schedule. Their friendly attitudes and professionalism made a stressful day so much easier.
We would recommend First Class Moving Company 100% and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, Kyle, Mason, Derrell, and Jeremy, for making our move such a positive experience!

The crew was polite and thorough. They walked through my whole home prior to starting and would double check with me throughout the process to make sure they didn't pack something I needed. They took extra care with fragile items and made recommendations of things I should take with me versus having loaded into a POD. They seemed to enjoy working together and had upbeat attitudes the entire day. Bill took so much time explaining the process and making sure I was happy with how things were packed. If I had a concern it was addressed immediately. I'm an anxious person by nature, but between Bill and his team and Shaun, the process was so much less stressful.

Recommended by our broker when selling our house.
First we had to move furniture from the 2nd floor to our garage when a new carpet was installed. And back up again when the carpet was in.
Also used the company to move our household to an apartment after the sale of our house.
Attention to details, wrapping furniture, even for a short move. No scratches left on walls, nor hardwood floors downstairs.
Highly recommended!
