This move involved two pick up locations and one delivery location. They were at the first pick up location right on time. Showed up at the second location shortly after leaving the first. After some explaining the documents and me signing, they got right to work. They were very courteous and professional young men. They got everything from both pick ups delivered to a different county under the estimated time. Nothing was damaged and everything put where I requested. I recommend using this comp for any moving needs.

I highly recommend this company! Thank God I accidentally found them one day during a Google search after my dad passed. I was a zombie his storage had to be moved from one place to another and it was a little far. I didn’t have storage keys. It was all a mess. The people I interacted with from the initial phone call to meeting them at storage, were all so sweet and professional. This company made me feel like family. Another plus is they are very affordable too! They will be moving my home soon, and I have no doubt that they will exceed expectations again!

Downsizing! Moving some furniture to an apartment, other furniture to a storage facility - sounds like a nightmare? Not with Firefighting’s Finest. They were prompt, extremely careful with our belongings, and patient with us as we positioned and then repositioned rugs in our new place. Then 3 months later as luck would have it, we found a house to buy. Called our guys in again and they unloaded the storage locker and the apartment again. The same excellent careful service in round two. Hopefully we won’t move again! But we have highly recommended FFMS to everyone.

4 guys showed up on time and ready to go! I walked them around and showed them what needed to be done and they were off to work! After a bit it felt like we had all known each other for weeks!! Super friendly, engaging and hard working. At the new house they had everything moved in, in about an hour and a half, it was as miserably hot day as well. I also had them pack for me, what a huge reliever of stress that was! 3 story townhouse packed in 3 hours with greatu care of all my stuff ! Best moving experience you will ever have!!!!

All employees were very knowledgable, hard working, courteous and friendly. They were very fast and efficient, but fast and efficient is not always best. Some minor items were slightly damaged. One leg of a trunk broke off, not retrieved and a foot of a floor lamp was missing. We moved from a three story house and some wood floors on the first floor at the bottom of the stairs were scratched, where they staged the furniture before loading them on the moving trucks. Over all the experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Firefighting's Finest Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a quality mover.
