Working with Hillary was wonderful. She was communicative, helpful, and made the planning side of our move feel smooth and reassuring. I'm very grateful that our move ultimately went well and that we chose ChubbyFit.
One area where I think there is room for growth is in the handling of customers during emotionally sensitive moves. Inviting movers into your home and trusting them with your belongings can be a very personal and vulnerable experience. While I completely understand that moving is demanding physical work, I would have appreciated a bit more warmth and care from the moving team during the process.
That said, I appreciate all of the hard work that went into making our move successful. I believe constructive feedback helps businesses continue to improve, and overall I am glad I used ChubbyFit and would like to thank Hillary for her excellent communication and support throughout the process.

These guys were amazing. Not only did they fit me in last minute - on a holiday - but they also were thorough, quick and kind. I recommend anyone hire them to help them move! Moving from central Texas to North Alabama!

If I could give 10 stars I would! We've moved probably 6 times and these guys are the real deal. Half of those we've used movers and have never had them take such care of our things. I've never been so impressed by movers. Before even touching a single piece of furniture they laid down mats the protect the floors, put bumpers on all the door frames and doors, and took the time to wrap pretty much EVERY piece of furniture we own. They're very professional, they were on time, and efficient. Dont plan on moving anytime soon but next time we do, we'll definitely be using ChubbyFit movers again!

The team was really great and took great care of all my stuff. They packaged everything extremely well and took good care of the home I was moving out of and into. They were polite and made sure to clean up everything. They did a really great job putting everything back together and making it look good. I’ve had two other movers at different times move our house and both times they underestimated the truck size and then I ended up paying more. But Travis was spot on with his estimate and everything fit like a glove. Would definitely use them again!!!
