The crew that came and packed me up were wonderful. However, when you try to pin down when your stuff will get moved across the country out of state, no one knew when it would be delivered. And no one still knows when it will be delivered. I have tried several times to get a pinpoint date, still don’t know.
When I moved from South Carolina to Texas, my things beat me to Texas. They were waiting on me at my house. All I wanna know is when they’re gonna be here so I can rent a storage building and put my stuff up.
Also, I would like to know where it has been kept all this time since the 27th of July, which today is now 4 August.
Hillary Is great to work with, I appreciate everything that she has tried to do for me.
I guess that’s all I have to say, hope my things get to me soon.

ChubbyFit Movers handled two separate moves for our family this week, and they were fantastic from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped and protected all of our furniture and belongings, and treated everything with great care. Both moves went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable, professional moving company!

I had two separate moves, one to my new home and one to storage. The team was phenomenal for both moves. They gave attention to every detail from wrapping, taking care of inside of house and moving items. They were hard-working, polite and very friendly. They also worked at a fast pace and still made sure every detail was covered. All the guys were great, Jimmy, the foreman was exceptional. I will recommend this company again and again. Thank you for the exceptional service for my move.

One area where I think there is room for growth is in the handling of customers during emotionally sensitive moves. Inviting movers into your home and trusting them with your belongings can be a very personal and vulnerable experience. While I completely understand that moving is demanding physical work, I would have appreciated a bit more warmth and care from the moving team during the process.
That said, I appreciate all of the hard work that went into making our move successful. I believe constructive feedback helps businesses continue to improve, and overall I am glad I used ChubbyFit and would like to thank Hillary for her excellent communication and support throughout the process.
