From the very first phone call to the last box being placed exactly where we wanted it, the communication was outstanding. They kept us informed every step of the way, arrived on time, treated our belongings with genuine care, and paid attention to every little detail. Nothing felt rushed, and no question was too small.
The crew was professional, respectful, hardworking, and even managed to keep everyone smiling during one of the most stressful days imaginable. It’s amazing how they can make hundreds of pounds of furniture look lighter than my grocery bags.
What impressed me most was their customer care. You can tell they truly take pride in their work and want every customer to have a great experience—not just finish the job.
