We had another amazing experience with Butter Brothers Moving! This was our second time using them & once again, they exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
Owner Nick was absolutely on top of everything when it came to customer service & accommodating the modifications we needed to make. He even remembered us from our previous move, which really made the experience feel personal & showed how much he genuinely cares about his customers.
Our movers, Elliot & Jacob, were fantastic! They took great care with all of our personal belongings & made sure to consult with us every step of the way about what they were taking & exactly where we wanted everything placed. They were careful, respectful & made what could have been a very stressful day feel so much easier.
I can honestly say that we have never regretted choosing Butter Brothers Moving, either time we’ve used them. Great customer service, great movers & an overall great experience. 5 stars all around!

I was moving solo and it was very difficult so I hired Butter Brothers, and they did a fantastic job. It was stress free and efficient, with the guys being very nice and friendly.

Overall I had a positive experience with Butter Brothers moving, Nikki as a customer service rep was pleasant, prompt, and professional. Elliott, Spike, and Joe did an excellent job moving my things with care, they worked hard and consistently in the brutal Texas summer heat and kept a positive attitude the whole time, they are honest upstanding employees that any company would be lucky to have.
My one critique would be the insurance policy, at one point a large mirror of mine was placed down and leaned toward and against a wall, this mirror had an odd center of gravity and decided to lift itself upward and crash down on the floor multiple seconds after a mover stepped away. The insurance policy is based on weight and you must pay a premium for a higher level of coverage. Even if I paid for more coverage there is no possible route to recoup my losses in full.
That being said I am compassionate to the razor thin margins of running a small business and being able to compete with the larger competitors. I pride myself on being honest, transparent, and treating others the way I would like to be treated. I would encourage Butter Brother’s moving to be overly communicative in encouraging future customers to extensively review the insurance policy before coming to a mutual agreement to ensure both parties fully understand the commitment being made. This is also a life lesson on my part, navigating the chaos of moving while not overlooking the term’s and conditions we all love reading so much.
I wish all the best to the Butter Brother’s moving team, I will say both time’s they moved my things the time and dollar estimate I was given was beaten, faster and cheaper than communicated. I would trust Elliott, Spike, and Joe to move my things again.

Elliot and Will were total pros. They were timely, efficient, courteous, and navigated a nearly impossible stairway situation while carrying the world’s heaviest couch. 10/10 would use again.

The team made the move personal by calling instead of texting or emailing. Even though we had every item boxed, the move took longer than we estimated. There were stairs on both ends of the move. We were charged for the time it took to find a proper moving-truck parking but Porter adjusted the price since we had not specifically discussed it.
The team was polite and efficient. They wrapped the large furniture and electronics And made sure everything was secured before moving the truck.

I used them to move some extremely heavy furniture. After that I used them for my mother-in-law to pack and move her to a 55-up community. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Butter brothers did a fantastic job when I moved from Austin to Houston. They answered all of my questions prior to the move and the day of it went extremely smooth. They went above and beyond and did what would be a complicated day go smoothly!
