I had excellent service from Burly Boyz. They were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond - the key to the storage unit had broke off in the lock and the fellows from Burly Boyz were extremely helpful in getting the unit unlocked. I was stressed but they assured me the move would get completed. If I need movers it’s Burly Boyz I will call!

I booked them for a move recently, at least a month or more in advance. Our moving day came and at 9:00am that morning, I was called by someone from Burly Boys, saying that they had to cancel our move due to a truck breakdown. They had no other truck available and said that they were unable to rent one. I find that hard to believe on a Wednesday in November. So here we are, no movers and we had to be out of our house in a few days. They couldn’t even fit us in the following day, suggesting that they rebook us for the following week. What a joke. I used them once before and they also had vehicle issues but finally showed up about 3 hours late. I will no longer recommend this company with their unreliable vehicles.
