I booked them for a move recently, at least a month or more in advance. Our moving day came and at 9:00am that morning, I was called by someone from Burly Boys, saying that they had to cancel our move due to a truck breakdown. They had no other truck available and said that they were unable to rent one. I find that hard to believe on a Wednesday in November. So here we are, no movers and we had to be out of our house in a few days. They couldn’t even fit us in the following day, suggesting that they rebook us for the following week. What a joke. I used them once before and they also had vehicle issues but finally showed up about 3 hours late. I will no longer recommend this company with their unreliable vehicles.

Great team lead! Assistant wasn't very proactive. A couple items broke. They realized they were falling behind and sped all the way back to Edmonton. Communication with Craig was great. He was very accommodating to my schedule.

They showed up on time and were really polite and efficient. My only concern was that the team had not been told that my place was a walk up. They probably needed to be better prepared and I was concerned that they could have used more hands to help. They didn't complain and were great, but I felt bad about the stairs they had to navigate.

Movers were great loading and unloading. My large bedroom dresser was damaged during transit from BC to SK. I asked about compensation for damages and was told it didn't qualify for any compensation. I did get a $100 gift card for Earl's Restaurant, which I have yet to use. My move was in November 2023. There are no Earl's Restaurants nearby, closest one is in Edmonton, so it will be awhile before I get to use it, thankfully there's no expiration date on it. Or I'll find out when I try to redeem it.

Everything showed up in 11 days as they mentioned on the quote, thankfully set up my bed for me too when they arrived. Overall happy with their service & would use them again next move.
