We had *the* absolute best experience with BoxStar movers. The admin/operational team was great from the get go during our intake call.
The three pros who came to help with the move were spectacular and immaculate. They exhibited great attention to detail with each piece of furniture and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was rebuilt and reconstructed if needed. They also paid attention to where boxes should be in the new space and insisted on placing everything with thought and care (as opposed to just throwing things around).
In terms of customer service, the team was communicative and inquisitive, and they were friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
We had a lot of boxes and furniture, and we’re so thankful we could entrust them with the team at BoxStar. We’d 100% work with them again.
PS We also deeply appreciated that they baked moving boxes and removal of large, unwanted furniture into their rates and services.
