I cannot recommend Boundless Moving & Storage highly enough. Our move involved much more than simply relocating belongings-it was part of a difficult transition in level of care for a family member with significant cognitive impairment, making an already stressful process especially sensitive and emotional.
Brandon and Greg were exceptional. They were organized, efficient, dependable, and professional, but what impressed me most was their genuine awareness of the human side of the situation. During the move, our relative experienced an unexpected emotional episode that required us to stop and delayed the process. Brandon and Greg went above and beyond, responding with patience, compassion, and complete understanding. They never made us feel rushed or that the delay was an inconvenience, and once the situation resolved, they simply picked up where they had left off and completed the move efficiently and professionally. Their calm demeanor and thoughtful handling of a difficult situation significantly reduced the stress and anxiety for everyone involved.

Movers were good for the most part, but one of the guys used his phone on a few occasions that weren’t for business. Also, the two movers banged my walls and never told me. I live in a new house and just painted the walls. Not at all happy this happened.

We were moving from an apartment to a house and crunched for time. Boundless Moving & Storage were able to work with us and provided great communication!
The day of move, we were notified by the movers their ETA. They arrived as expected.
This was our first time using a moving company and we were impressed at the care they took in wrapping and transferring our furniture to their truck and unloading at the house. Everything was wrapped, taped, covered for protection before moving it to the house. Once at the house they placed everything where we wanted it and unwrapped it!
Cody and Trae were our movers and great to work with! Very courteous, kind, and respectful. I definitely recommend working with this company!!

Found this moving company was the best moving company I ever dealt with. They were professional, quick and they were so good and pleasant to work with. They moved us from Chattanooga to Sevier County, but they move all over Tennessee. My daughter and friends of ours and my sister all had different moving companies and they were so frustrated and angry because the companies they use were sloppy and slow and pricey. They would never use them again. If you are moving, you must use Boundless Moving company. One of the best decisions you can make if you are moving.
