We moved from a two bedroom apartment to a 3 bedroom townhouse. The guys Forrest and Tony were great all things considered. We just happened to be moving on one of the hottest days the Chattanooga area has seen. That being said, there was some cosmetic damage done to the corners, baseboards and stairs at our new home. We have been in contact with their claims department who were great to work with and we expect them to make things right. We would consider using them again in the future if necessary.

We hired Boundless Moving to unload a 26ft truck into our house with three different stories. Everything was unpacked carefully and placed in the exact room it should go. I was really impressed with the level of attention and how quickly they were able to get the job done. Plus everyone was incredibly nice! I’m hoping we don’t move again for awhile, but if we did, I would hire them again no questions asked.

Outstanding service! We did a local move using Boundless Moving and Storage and were extremely happy with the young men that came out. Everything was handled with care and the guys were very hard workers and courteous. We would highly recommend them to anyone making a move.

Nick and Dez did an exceptional job moving us to our new home! They got our items from the businesses storage unit, came to our temporary house and got our stuff from there and hauled it all to our new house making it a BREEZE of a move. We couldn’t imagine moving all those things without the help of Nick and Dez especially in this heat. Over 95 degrees and these guys didn’t complain one bit. They were happy to help us and were a joy to be around and they moved efficiently. Wayyyy better than we could do with our toddler. We’d be on the floor after 1% of what they did. Thank you all !!

We were moving from an apartment to a house and crunched for time. Boundless Moving & Storage were able to work with us and provided great communication!
The day of move, we were notified by the movers their ETA. They arrived as expected.
This was our first time using a moving company and we were impressed at the care they took in wrapping and transferring our furniture to their truck and unloading at the house. Everything was wrapped, taped, covered for protection before moving it to the house. Once at the house they placed everything where we wanted it and unwrapped it!
Cody and Trae were our movers and great to work with! Very courteous, kind, and respectful. I definitely recommend working with this company!!

Found this moving company was the best moving company I ever dealt with. They were professional, quick and they were so good and pleasant to work with. They moved us from Chattanooga to Sevier County, but they move all over Tennessee. My daughter and friends of ours and my sister all had different moving companies and they were so frustrated and angry because the companies they use were sloppy and slow and pricey. They would never use them again. If you are moving, you must use Boundless Moving company. One of the best decisions you can make if you are moving.
