Working with Bailey's was great, from the initial estimate to packing, loading, moving, and delivery. They made the moving process as smooth as possible. Ryan physically toured our house to create the estimate, while others did a 'virtual tour' (meaning I did the work). I appreciated that they use a dedicated packing team (others do not), so they were focused on packing carefully and quickly. The moving team also did a great job, loading the truck and unloading at our new house.

Bailey's Moving and Storage did a great job on moving our home items from Colorado to Massachusetts. We spoke to several of the highest rated movers to get estimates and Bailey's provided a competitive quote. What set Bailey's apart from the others is they came to our home, and reviewed everything we wanted to move to provide a detailed estimate on the cost. It was a couple of thousand less than some of the others, and what they quoted us was what we ended up paying. In addition, Bailey's also provided information on when the truck was leaving and when it would arrive at its destination. Other carriers were very vague and often stated many more weeks to deliver. I met the crew who picked up our home items, and they provided updates along the way to the end destination. The crew delivered items to two locations and did an exceptional job in assuring items were not damaged. It was a great experience working with Bailey's Moving & Storage, and I plan on using them again when we move back to Colorado or to North Carolina. I highly recommend their services. My contact was Norm, and he did a great job. He put me at ease that everything would be fine given our past experience with thousands of dollars in damage using one of the larger moving companies.

Working with Bailey's for our big move was definitely the right decision. From the very beginning setting up the move till the very end was nothing short of a great experience. The moving crew were thoughtful, courteous and friendly. My wife and I were so pleased with the entire process. The moving crew worked diligently with a great attitude, considerate of our property and new house. Aunt willing to help with anything needed in setting up furniture, etc. Through the entire process Megan communicated before, during and after both the loading of our property from three 20-ft storage units to deliver the following day. Communicating both before, during and after the move was complete. We couldn't have asked for a better experience starting from Corey, setting up the entire process Megan confirming and checking in during the process and a great hard-working crew of movers. Compared to a recent experience moving from Denver to Phoenix, the return trip a year and a half later using Bailey's was such a breath of fresh air. The move down was by a company touted by US News & World Report as the "best there is" and was anything but. The estimate was way lower than they charged in the end and the whole experience left me with a bitter taste. By contrast, Norm found a great driver and his crew on both ends were absolutely great. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would use that driver again in a heart beat.

We’ve heard many horror stories of movers from various friends who have moved, so we were glad to get a recommendation to use Bailey’s. They were head and shoulders above the 2 men and a truck variety. Our team was lead by James and he and his team did an excellent job of packing up everything in such a way as to keep it safe on the trip. We have a large house so it took nearly all day to load and unload all our furniture and numerous boxes. We have been extremely pleased with the results and I would heartily recommend them to anyone else who is moving.

One special feature they offer at no cost: They collect and/or you can bring your moving boxes, packing paper, and other moving specific supplies to their main facility. They stage it and folks planning a move, particularly do it yourself, can come to the site and pick up what they need from these previously used materials free of charge! Moved from Utah to Texas and was extremely impressed with the coordination provided by Lincoln and team. Communication was timely and relevant. Our driver had an issue with his truck that delayed delivery and we heard from Baileys as well as the driver.
