Compared to a recent experience moving from Denver to Phoenix, the return trip a year and a half later using Bailey's was such a breath of fresh air. The move down was by a company touted by US News & World Report as the "best there is" and was anything but. The estimate was way lower than they charged in the end and the whole experience left me with a bitter taste. By contrast, Norm found a great driver and his crew on both ends were absolutely great. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would use that driver again in a heart beat.

As we were planning our move from Colorado to Nevada, Bailey's Moving & Storage was recommended to us by one of our neighbors who was familiar with this company. At our first appointment with a representative who explained how things would be handled, we were convinced this company was the right one for us. They understood what we needed moved, when the move needed to take place and worked efficiently at getting things scheduled to meet our expectations. Great experience all around. This was the first big move for us as a couple and it was a major one across the country. Their team was professional and thorough. Since it was a big move we had a few logistical things to resolve and they were patient as we navigated those needs together, and ultimately, we got our things to our new home safe and sound. Prompt, professional, and personable team. Next level communication and customer service. Careful packaging and handling of our items. Transparent and fair pricing. Moved from Colorado to Pennsylvania, all items arrived on time and in good condition. The team was quick and thorough while loading, reinforcing some of our more delicate items before loading into the truck. We’ve heard many horror stories of movers from various friends who have moved, so we were glad to get a recommendation to use Bailey’s. They were head and shoulders above the 2 men and a truck variety. Our team was lead by James and he and his team did an excellent job of packing up everything in such a way as to keep it safe on the trip. We have a large house so it took nearly all day to load and unload all our furniture and numerous boxes. We have been extremely pleased with the results and I would heartily recommend them to anyone else who is moving.

One special feature they offer at no cost: They collect and/or you can bring your moving boxes, packing paper, and other moving specific supplies to their main facility. They stage it and folks planning a move, particularly do it yourself, can come to the site and pick up what they need from these previously used materials free of charge! I highly recommend this moving company.

Moved from Utah to Texas and was extremely impressed with the coordination provided by Lincoln and team. Communication was timely and relevant. Our driver had an issue with his truck that delayed delivery and we heard from Baileys as well as the driver. Baileys handled our move from Broomfield to Pueblo. They arrived promptly on moving day and were very professional. They carefully wrapped everything to prevent damage.
