Scott P. and the team at Bailey’s Moving & Storage are great. The operations are efficiently run and their team is very customer oriented. One special feature they offer at no cost: They collect and/or you can bring your moving boxes, packing paper, and other moving specific supplies to their main facility. They stage it and folks planning a move, particularly do it yourself, can come to the site and pick up what they need from these previously used materials free of charge! I highly recommend this moving company.

Moved from Utah to Texas and was extremely impressed with the coordination provided by Lincoln and team. Communication was timely and relevant. Our driver had an issue with his truck that delayed delivery and we heard from Baileys as well as the driver. They kept us updated until our items were delivered and provided quick follow-up to the few items that arose after the delivery.

Baileys handled our move from Broomfield to Pueblo. They arrived promptly on moving day and were very professional. They carefully wrapped everything to prevent damage. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. They held our stuff in their storage yard on the truck for two nights as we couldnt move in for 2 days. I used Bailey's for an out of state move. Paid to have them pack our stuff, store it for a couple months, then deliver and assemble the furniture at our new home. Overall, I'm pleased. It added to our moving expenses but it made moving so much easier. I was most pleased with the Utah crew. A day or two before the move, they had a crew of people come over to box everything up. The day of the move, they had a crew load everything and disassemble some furniture (bedframes, baby cribs, that sort of thing). They made quick work of it, were friendly, and kept the house clean during the process. Unloading in Missouri a couple months later went well but is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The driver called a day or two before delivery saying he wanted another $100 or so to assemble the crib or they'd just deliver it unassembled (I had already paid to have the furniture disassembled and reassembled). I checked with Bailey's and they confirmed that that's what the driver was asking for. It left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth (I was already planning on tipping the unloading crew) but the crew did a good job and unloaded everything smoothly. Overall, I'm pleased and very glad I used them. Both Utah crews were fantastic. Same with the Missouri unloading crew. The driver was good and friendly in person but I didn't like being asked for extra money to do what I had already paid them to do.

There is nothing NOT to like! Our first contact was Jamie Faire. He is polite, professional, personable and kind. The two young men who arrived for the move were also in the same league. The team on the receiving end in NY we’re great. They were on time and everything arrived in great condition. The team reassembled my hutch and kitchen table. They were efficient and careful. The cost for this cross country move was more than reasonable and the service excellent. Jamie was ALWAYS available to return my calls.
