Our grandparents were relocating from the family house where they had lived for many years to a retirement community with bigger apartments. Our grandparents had a huge dining room furniture set, a large china cabinet, two-bedroom furniture sets, and an extremely heavy recliner. Before we delivered furniture, we measured all of the new rooms, but getting all of the furniture to the right places involved some organization.

This included moving our reception desks, consultation rooms furniture, filing cabinets, and many office workstations. We needed the furniture to be placed right because other contractors were working on other parts of the new place. The movers used the layout plan that we gave them and they organized the big furniture accordingly. I liked the fact that we were able to give instructions without constantly interrupting them.

Movers paid attention to our instructions and moved all of the bulky furniture with care. Now, after we arranged everything, our grandparents knew how to fit their furniture in their new apartment.

I have been very impressed with the service I have received from American Van Lines. The team was very responsive and helpful when I had to make a major change in plans. Moving day, four courteous intelligent men from different TX towns showed up early and waited patiently for me. They took special care of to protect my art and piano, and finished their work quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by their skill, teamwork, and commitment to doing an excellent job.
