I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Suzanne, Omari, and George! They were absolutely OUTSTANDING from beginning to end. They were professional, respectful, incredibly friendly, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I’ve moved many times in my life and “enjoyable” is not a word I ever thought I’d use to describe the experience. This team changed that. ☺️
They handled and protected my furniture and belongings as if they were their own. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and I am so grateful for the amazing job they did. Suzanne, without a doubt, is the strongest, hardest working woman I’ve ever met, and an absolute doll. I can’t praise this team enough and would use them again without hesitation. Thank you so much!!

Top notch customer service from the call to the delivery. Delivery crew was punctual, professional, cooperative, and friendly.
They gave white glove level service in moving and setup of furniture moved. First time using this moving company. I’ll absolutely will be using them again for any future moves and recommending them to all my friends and family!! AAA++

Lester, Ken, & Omari, moved us and did a fantastic job! They were so careful and did not put one scratch on anything! Also the friendliest 3 guys ever and so polite! They wouldn’t even let us carry things we had moved from our own cars! Definitely over and above the standard service we expected!

The crew moved them from a third-floor downtown Winston-Salem condo to a country house and placed furniture across the house, storage, and shed without complaint. Our realtor suggested American Moving and Hauling when we were buying our new house, and I'm really glad that we ended up using them. The staff was fantastic. The person I spoke to on the phone when I first contacted them was very friendly and was able to really give a good estimate. Just by walking around the house, they timed what I had and it didn't take long at all.
When we had to make some adjustments that was easy to do. We even added a new stop. They were also able to get a piano. Like I said, they added a new stop which is a whole different house to pick up another piece of furniture. That was no problem. The moving staff themselves were very, very nice and I watched them do everything.
They did a great job taking care of our furniture. They worked really quickly. That's very hard work and they just didn't slow down at all, and it rained and they handled that really well. So thank you. Great job.
