Apple Pay is very convenient, and it allows me to make purchases even when I do not have my wallet with me. It also saves various gift cards, so I can even make purchases with those without my wallet.

It needs more usability. Not many people use apply pay and there is enough other option to keep me from using this as my primary mobile wallet. Money kinda just sits in there till I remember I have it.

Great - when it works. I can go from one store where it works perfectly to the next store where multiple tries fail - the store system declines the payment. Same card, same phone, etc. Creates situation where other people in line watch me and the attendant stumbling through multiple tries and excuses (maybe your case is too thick, etc.).

I love Apple Pay. I use it with apps on my phone and I use it with my Apple Watch wherever you can use a "tap" credit card. So convenient. I only wish more locations were compatible and more apps were connected to Apple Pay so I didn't ever have to enter my credit card information manually.

I love Apple Pay! It's faster to double-click my watch or phone and pay. The processing time is faster than a card and paying contactless is great. My only issue is that not all vendors accept it, so I always have to ask.

Apple Pay is super convenient! I like not having to have my wallet with me all the time, and I can just pay from my phone if I forgot it! Some places don’t have the scanner for Apple Pay though and that can be annoying.

I have Apple Pay on my phone but have not used it. I have served customers that have used it though. It is a nice and simple system. The problem is that not everybody accepts it, so most of the time you have to have your regular wallet with you anyways.

First time using Apple Pay to buy in game purchases. Some sort of card or internet connect case payment error. Try a few time still error, not knowing they charge my card each time. Lost around $500 NZD. They deny my refund request without a good reason and dragged on for 2 weeks. Last guy even couldn’t give a proper explanation and hang up on me just now. Let’s just say, this will be the first and last time I will ever use Apple Pay.

Went to purchase make an online purchase from a department store for $300.00 with Apple Pay, it didn’t seem to go through so I tried again, wouldn’t go thru so I couldn’t make purchase. However, the following morning I Noticed $600.00 taken from my checking account to Apple Pay. There is no contact number, etc. How can I get my money back.? I never thought a company of Apple would be in the business of ripping people off!

Secure, used it to send money to my sister. There was a promotion where you could get 20 dollars for free by making transactions. Transactions are fast and easy to use. I will use Apple Pay in the future when possible.
