Comprehensive Testing
STDcheck.com offers tests for chlamydia, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, genital herpes, oral herpes, HIV 1 and 2, and syphilis. Patients can order a package to test for multiple STDs, or if they prefer, they can order individual tests.

No At-Home Testing
After ordering a test, patients must visit one of STDcheck.com's testing centers. While there are locations all over the nation, some consumers may find this frustrating as it takes time, gas, and money to visit a physical site. Many other companies in the industry offer at-home testing kits, where patients can quickly and conveniently take a sample within the privacy of their own home.
Does Not Accept Insurance
STDcheck.com does not accept health insurance, meaning patients have to pay for everything out-of-pocket.
STDcheck.com accepts other payment forms such as credit cards, debit cards, prepaid gift cards (bearing the VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express logo) cashiers checks (money orders), PayPal, health savings accounts (HSAs), and flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
There is also a "Pay Later" option. Patients can order a test online and visit a lab to be tested before paying (labs cannot accept payments). After visiting the lab, patients can log on to their online account and pay or call the company to pay over the phone.
Cancellation Fee
Patients can cancel their order at any time before they visit the lab. Refunds will be issued, but there will be a 20 percent cancellation fee. Patients will be given credit for future testing if cancellation is requested after 21 days of purchase.
