Sydney V worked hard to help me when my claim was denied by Medicare. I worked on it myself for several weeks, contacting my doctor and the provider to get it straightened out. I got nowhere. It took several more weeks after Sydney became involved. She was relentless and finally the provider got their act together, resubmitting the information and Medicare and my supplement paid.

I worked with Cecilia A, who has stood by my side in trying to straighten out a huge Medicare mess (not caused by Boomer Benefits). She's been incredible. She took some administrative tasks off my hands, then followed up to confirm that she'd completed then. She joined me on the phone with insurers and Medicare, making sure that we asked the right questions and covered all the bases to straighten out the problem. She's gone above and beyond, and isn't done yet!

I was very happy with the quick response, & was overjoyed that I didn't have to spend a significant amount of my time trying to figure out whether the bill was legit or not. The agent assign to handle my issue was Sydney Immediate Movers & Storage who was exceptional. She kept me apprised of her progress and resolved my issue. She was as I stated above exceptional 5+!

The folks at Boomer Benefits have been very helpful in educating me about supplemental plans and the quirks of how those plans work in my state. I am also going to be moving to another state this year, so I had to learn about what to consider both before and after my move. Jonah B in particular was very helpful with this. To be honest, I did not have the best interaction with the broker who I initially worked with, but Boomer Benefits was very quick to re-assign me to work with someone else which I appreciated.

We had an issue where a hospital was not billing our supplemental plan, and billing us instead. I contacted Boomer Benefits and they set me up with Michelle S. She was amazing. She worked with the hospital and insurance companies for several months to get the issue resolved - and not only got the bills to me stopped, she got us a refund for things we shouldn't have been charged for. Michelle is excellent. She stayed in contact and never let the issue drop. Thank you Michelle!

Boomer Benefits did an excellent job in discussing all of my Medicare options for supplemental insurance and part D prescription drug plans. They made the enrollment process easy and walked us through all of the information they required. They have followed up after our enrollment period to make sure we had all of the information we required and the insurance carrier had sent us the requested information. We are totally satisfied with our Boomer Benefits representative. They provided us their direct number and we have been able to get service every time we have called with questions.

Anthony S picked up my call and I got the jackpot! Anthony explained all my Medicare options in terms I could understand. He followed our call up with the information we had discussed which made it very easy for me to decide the option to chose. On our second call Anthony filled out the medical and dental applications with me and again made it so easy while assuring me if I have any questions he and the team is here to help me. The best part is I can contact the team with questions versus dealing with the insurance companies. It doesn’t get any better than this!

So I emailed Asia Jackson-Russell from Boomer, she is the one who helped me change my plan D. In no time at all she called me to help resolve the problem. My problem with the medication was resolved, turns out my doctors office sent in the wrong prior authorization. I called Boomer Benefits to find a prescrition drug plan for 2025 that would help me save money from my previous plan. Craig B was very helpful in letting me know what options were available based on my current prescriptions. I am saving over $20 per month in a Cigna plan over my previous Humana plan. Boomer Benefits also helped me see which pharmacy would give me the better price for my prescriptions, based on which tier group they were listed. I was glad to know that.

By the end of our talk, he had proven to be knowledgeable, concerned about me as a client, and he was very personable. Qualities I look for a person who’s going to be helping me figure something out. I’m so often one goes to a company and the people there arecondescending or clearly just don’t care. I highly recommend this company because because clearly they train their employees really really well. At the end of the process, I felt well informed and that I had made all the best decisions for me. I highly recommend this company and everything they offer.

I have been working with Boomer Benefits since 2020 and have been more than happy with their service! Each representative has been patient and kind but this year in particular Elissa W went above and beyond! She helped me understand the difference between supplemental and advantage Medicare coverage and set me up with the right person to give me the information on advantage plans. Elissa followed up with a personal call to see if I had any further questions. Her patience with the many questions and her follow up skills make her a true asset! It’s people like her that keep me with Boomer Benefits!

I had my original policies thru Boomer Benefits, and made a HUGE mistake by changing to a Medicare Advantage C plan earlier this year. This new plan did not meet my needs AT ALL, and I needed to change back to my previous insurance ASAP. Stephen Arellano has helped me get back to what I need. I made a mistake during this process which caused us a loss of time and a lot more trouble for Stephen. He stayed on top of the process and kept me updated every step of the way. He also kept all calls we had scheduled, as well as calling EXACTLY when he said he would. I feel that I am in excellent hands, and do not have to worry about next steps, etc., as I know Stephen will be on top of it all. I will ALWAYS remain a Boomer Benefits customer, as I have learned my lesson with other “options”. Your customer service is always excellent, and I know I have nothing to worry about when I am in your hands!

What a great service for seniors grappling with applying for Medicare and supplemental insurance! Once the representative helped us sign up for everything we wanted, ( and we didn't have to pay her), we had excellent customer service from Michele S. There was a problem with an excessive bill we thought would not be charged for since we had met our deductable. Michele took care of it for us, submitting and resubmitting until that bill went from "WHAT?" To "No" to zero. She kept us informed continuously and was so kind and patient with us. I'm so happy my best friend referred Boomer Benefits and so grateful to Michele for taking care of us!

My first experience with Boomer Benefits was several years ago when I was in search of a Medicare Supplement for myself. BB helped me get started with my first policy and again after a couple of years when I was looking for options with lower premiums. Now, as I’m handling my elderly Aunt’s affairs, I reached out to BB for help in finding a new plan for her. BB’s Xavier J came to the rescue, not only helping me find a Plan suitable for my Aunt, but also in acting as intermediary for the enrollment as I was acting on behalf of my Aunt vs a policy for myself. Carriers I had worked with in the past would not talk to me despite many efforts in providing POA documents to them. With Xavier’s and BB’s efforts, my Aunt will have a new Plan for 2025. Nice work!

My husband and I had reached out to Boomer Benefits for assistance in determining the best possible medicare advantage plan for us. Our contact person was Kendra G. Kendra clearly displayed an excellent customer service from the get-go. She contacted us directly via email with a clear understanding of our request, a brief outline of the process to fulfill our request and a timeline of when we can expect to hear from her. And Kendra G delivered! The email was followed by a phone conversation with Kendra G displaying her thorough understanding of the Medicare process, our needs (current plan, medication list), medicare advantage plans available in our location and the highs/lows of each plan. At the end, we made the decision ourselves and Kendra made it a quick and stress-free process. Thank you, Kendra G! Kudos to Boomer Benefits for employing very knowledgeable and competent representatives with excellent customer service skills. I have been trying to make important Medicare decisions - looking for information online. The more I looked & spoke with people - the more confused I became…..until I attended the Boomer Benefits webinar. It was exactly what I needed to get some direction! I called Boomer Benefits and an agent, Travis H sent me a request to set up a meeting for the next day. All done very efficiently & professionally! The meeting was great - all my questions were answered patiently . Travis is very knowledgeable; and really is interested in doing what’s best for his client. I know I’ll be happy with my new plan; and I feel very lucky to have had Travis helping me! I feel like I’ve shed a boulder from my shoulders! 😊

I reached out to Boomer Benefits because a friend had recommended them. Though I've been on Medicare with and Advantage plan while living in So California and was very satisfied with my carrier there, now that I'm living in So New Mexico, I struggled a bit with finding a new health insurance carrier here. Jacob C., the representive I worked with was a tremendous help to me in selecting an Advantage Plan that works for me. No extra costs and I'm confident that they'll be available should I need help or guideance navigating my heath care coverages. Their webinar, Medicare 101 was so informative....thank you Boomer Benefits and especially Jacob C.
