I had a great experience with Boomer Benefits. Crawford Boling did an awesome job explaining how Medicare works and what I need to do to sign up for the first time with Medicare. I will be turning 65 in December and starting Medicare and Medicare supplement insurance which will be cheaper than I am currently paying at my job for a high-deductible health insurance plan.

Rep Lisa C is very knowledgeable of the medical coverage choices that was available to me upon my retirement and relocation to Texas. I submitted request for information online and had an immediate callback from Miles V. Miles was knowledgeable, professional, extremely customer oriented, and provided his expertise on what supplemental plan would best fit my needs/requirements/cost when I retire.
I was new to this, and Miles walked me through all the plans, patiently answered my questions - his passion and commitment to his job and customers are highly valued!

i'm so glad I came across boomer benefits (popped up on Facebook)! Ashlee M was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and personable. I was concerned that our aarp/uhc medigap plan n kept increasing annually. she found us a highly rated plan to replace it, saving us a significant amount of money. we couldn't be more pleased! thank you, Ashlee and boomer benefits for your free service! we will spread the word!

I have had the best experience with Boomer every time I've contacted them. They break things down in laymen's terms; takes the guesswork out of the research process which can be very confusing.
My latest experience was with Customer Service Rep. Sheena. She was amazing!!! She understood what help I was needing and provided the information with options for me to choose from.

He spent quite awhile with me as he very patiently answered my questions, and volunteered lots of good information. He also connected to me to my current Medicare plan and stayed on the line while they helped me login and find a discount drug plan card. He wanted to make sure I was well taken care of!! Being laid off and insurance being dropped the next day, Boomer Benefits really helped me understand Medicare B, Plan C and G. Larry K explained very clearly the minute details of the next huge decision I had to make in a crisis situation. Knowing that I would have Boomer Benefits support in possible insurance issues is a game changer for me. I had a claims issue that I need Boomer Benefits help with. Jozzlynn A was the Client Service Team Reprsentative who assisted me, and she made my pursuing a refund so much easier. I gave her all the details of my situation, and she took it from there and put effort into looking into the matter further. As it turned out, she solved my dilemma and I ended up getting the money back for me from a clinic that charged me erroneously. This kind of service is increasingly rare these days, and so I am especially grateful for the assistance that Jozzlynn gave me.

Boomer Benefits has educated and supported me regarding Medicare benefits for the past eight years.
Last year I was notified that Medicare wouldn’t cover a complete blood cell count that my doctor ordered. I contacted Boomer Benefits for help. Michele S worked with me from 09/24/24 - 05/12 /24 to get resolution.
I owe no money to Pathology Laboratory, inc., as a result of her tireless efforts!
Michele supported me through three seasons, calling me, my physician and the laboratory repeatedly for corrections and processing.
I can’t thank Michele S and Boomer Benefits enough!

Prior to my retirement, my wife contacted Boomer Benefits for recommendations and assistance in setting up a Medicare supplement plan. We approved their recommendation and are pleased with the result. After I retired, I quickly found out that the first medical claim to come in to my Medicare account was denied erroneously (by Medicare). I contacted Boomer Benefits for help on this matter. I simply can not recommend this organization enough. Every single time I have an issue with MediCare or other insurance companies, they step up and get thing resolved on my behalf.
Most recently, their representative, Ruth O, assisted me with a $5,250 dollar billing that was incorrect. I reached and she immediately responded. She updated me on the progress every inch of the way until it was resolved.
There are not many company that can execute this level of customer service and support. This is truly a "best-of-breed" company with friendly, professional staff.

She didn’t rush me and stayed online with me until she was able to get a solution at which time she contacted Humana rep and had a 3 way conversation. My husband and I decided to pick Boomer Benefits to be are helpers with the new Medicare dilemma that was facing us as far as choices. They were extremely helpful with the setup. Talk about customer service! I had sent an email to my agent, they sent an email back saying a rep will be reaching out within the next 24-48 hours. Not even 30 mins later, it’s Boomer Benefits! Natalie was so friendly, she listened to what I had going on, and then took it under her wing for us to get our late enrollment penalty resolved right then and there. I couldn’t have asked for a better client service member to stand up for us. I will forever be thankful for her and boomers!!!

This company amazes me. I got a phone call from one of they Representative, Vivian N and she pointed out that I forgot to update my Insurance Information. She stayed with me on the phone and explained to the Insurance Company about my changes I needed to make. It was resolved in a breeze.
I feel they watch over me that I had the best insurnce coverage.
So Vivian Newton did an estonishing Job and I am still scratching my head how smooth and professional she handled it.

After hearing all the horror stories about the chore of Medicare enrollment, I wasn’t looking forward to the task, but after doing some research I discovered Boomer Benefits, and am so happy I did. Gabe G made it so easy to choose what I needed, and explained all my options in a clear and unbiased way. He was ready with answers to my many questions and found the most economical plan in my area that will completely meet my needs. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with Gabe and Boomer Benefits and I’m really pleased to know that they’ll be there going forward to help if I encounter any issues with claims or to answer my questions. In my quest to understand Medicare, I read the book: "10 Costly Medicare Mistakes" by Danielle K. R.. It was extremely helpful and explained the various parts of Medicare and the timing of when to sign up in a way that is easy to understand. The book provided many helpful links to websites and in particular, Boomer Benefits and they provide a free service to help individuals sign up for Medicare and supplement plans.
I reached out to Boomer Benefits, and was connected to Billy W. He's been awesome! His calm and peaceful demeanor has been reassuring. Not once did he pressure me to hurry and sign up (like others from different agencies have). He is very knowledgeable about Medicare and the supplement plans. I've appreciated how responsive he's been to any questions and emails I've sent.
It's been a huge comfort for me to have someone I can reach out to at any time with questions or concerns - even after I officially have Medicare.

I started using Boomer Benefits when I retired in March of. 2020. I’ve received exceptional service by every employee I’ve had the pleasure to work with. When I called to review my Medicare Supplement plan for this year I was greeted by Cicely P. She was so kind and professional. She reviewed some options that would fit in with my current income. The plan she recommended saved me over $35.00 per month. She made the transition from one provider to the new one extremely. seamless. Cicely assisted me with completing the new application and explained in detail the next steps. Once the application was approved by the new provider she got my prior one on the phone to finalize the cancellation. I’m thrilled with the excellent customer service that I received from Cicely. Her caring kindness was extraordinary and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I had read about Boomer Benefits a few years back and thought when I approach my 65th Birthday that I would give them a call. I am sure glad I did. In an environment generally termed as Alphabet soup, I give Boomer Benefits an A+. Kelly G and Juliette T have both been terrific. From the initial explanation of the different Medicare options available to the eventual assistance in helping to determine what plan was best for me to the continued support of their Client Service team ... Ashley S at Boomer Benefits helped me. She is a really great person! She made me feel comfortable right from the start! She helped me choose a new Medigap plan and when I was ready, she signed me up. She even initiated a 3-way conversation with the representative from my Medigap plan I was canceling, herself and me so I wouldn't have to cancel them by myself. Never once did I feel pressured and she patiently answered my every question.
