I have found, as a client, that it's extremely hard to get a response from them. I posted 12/2/2025 re: information on trial rights, and while my post did take close to four hours to be approved and actually posted, it's now almost 24 hours later and I have received absolutely no response from them. That's a bad way to do business, and it's not the first time. I've reached out to them via the "client page," and it's taken a full week to hear from them. They have gotten far too big for their britches, and their CS is greatly lacking these days. I believe it's time for a new broker so that I'm not just another notch and someone to gain a commission from.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I want to clear up a few points that may help. Regarding your Facebook post, our team reviews well over a hundred posts each day. We are a small but dedicated group and each submission has to be approved so we can be sure the guidance we give is accurate. That review process can take a little time, but we do work through them as quickly as possible.

Since you are in the group, you should have seen the near daily reminders about our webinars. Danielle hosted these live throughout AEP to answer any and all questions you had about your coverage and walk you through them in real time. If you weren’t able to join one, we understand, but the opportunity was available many times.

The greatest value of Boomer Benefits has always been the year round support from our Client Service and Claims Teams. They work on billing issues, denials and appeals and advocate for our clients in ways most agencies simply do not offer. I am very satisfied with the resolution of my issue and Jasmine S was very helpful. I was not impressed with the 8 days that elapsed to resolve my issue. My original contact, Chris G, took 2 days just to respond to my original request. I promptly provided his requested information and then I received no communication until a phone call from Jasmine 8 days after I submitted by issue. I was told by Jasmine that Chris was unavailable and that was the reason for the large delay in resolving my issue. Other than the delay, I am satisfied and would recommend Boomer Benefits.

Julia P deserves more than 5 stars! I/we had an issue where we thought our Medicare accounts had been compromised. I called Boomer and fortunately got Julia to help us. She got Medicare on the phone with us and she stayed online with us through the whole time. Then when we got our new cards she contacted all our supplement companies and gave them the new numbers. I cannot begin to tell you how Julia took a huge load of of our shoulders. Again, Julia P deserves far more than 5 stars!!
