I am very satisfied with the resolution of my issue and Jasmine S was very helpful. I was not impressed with the 8 days that elapsed to resolve my issue. My original contact, Chris G, took 2 days just to respond to my original request. I promptly provided his requested information and then I received no communication until a phone call from Jasmine 8 days after I submitted by issue. I was told by Jasmine that Chris was unavailable and that was the reason for the large delay in resolving my issue. Other than the delay, I am satisfied and would recommend Boomer Benefits.

Kevin B walked us through the issues involved in choosing between the various alternatives available to us as newly-enrolling Medicare members. He was indefatigable in responding to all of our questions. Made an otherwise somewhat confusing process much clearer to think through. I will happily recommend Boomer Benefits to anyone.

Dealing with Medicare monthly EOB is cumbersome enough, but when you see a charge for regular lab work ‘denied’ after years of approval and no additional explanation, it’s best to reach out to Boomer agents for guidance / explanation /assistance. Ruth Oekerman explained the process to contest a charge, the time it would take to hear back from Medicare and promptly notified me once the charge was resolved. Thanks for the prompt , professional & courteous service!

Veronica helped me with my Plan D selection and enrollment. She was professional, friendly and patient! Super helpful!! I have been dealing with Boomer Benefits for 18 months now. I recently had an issue with a charge from the physician's office. I contacted them and Michele S. responded. She took care of contacting the presciber seeking clarification for the charge. When I wasn't satisfied with their explanantion she contacted Medicare and filed an appeal on their denial of payment.She took care of all of the paperwork and followed up to see what the outcome was. I can't sing high enough praises for Michele S. or Boomer Benefits!

I’m so glad that I chose to use Boomers when it was time to choose a Medicare provider. They have saved me so much time as far as finding not just a great plan but I also took their advice on a new doctor and a surgeon for a knee and hip replacement. Jacob C with Boomer Benefits was very helpful in identifying an appropriate supplemental plan for my situation. As a retired disabled US Navy Veteran with full VA medical benefits, medicare is a bit of a nuisance expense, but Jacob helped me find a plan that would minimize the associated government mandated tax or expense. It is criminal that a disabled veteran has to pay a medicare premium when their VA medical coverage is part of their benefit for their personal sacrifice in serving their country. Boomer Benefits and Jacob C will help you get the right program.

I am a writer and even I do not have enough descriptive and complimentary words to describe how great Boomer Benefits is. I have used them for a few months now for a variety of issues and challenges I have had transferring from Kaiser P in California to traditional Medicare. To a person, the staff is excessively informed, well-trained, kind, patient and most important to me as someone over 65, I never felt that I was being patronized. I must give a LOUD shout out to the representative I have been working with...Cicely P. She worked with my on a gnarly invoice I wasn't supposed to have received & with her guidance, it went from $750.00 to $00.00. She really made an effort to work WITH me and I felt that we were a team navigating Medicare together. She involved me in every decision, was my advocate when I needed one & I don't think I could've managed it without her. She was lovely to work with, either knew most of the the answers to my questions or (& this is very important) knew whom to ask. I have been singing her praises to anyone who will listen & recommending Boomer Benefits to all my friends with Medicare. To say I am a happy customer is an understatement. Boomer Benefits is AWESOME!! My Part D insurer denied coverage of my doctor's prescription. The cost of the medicine was more than a thousand dollars per month without insurance coverage. I contacted Boomer Benefits and connected with Julia P. Julia was FANTASTIC. Julia advised me on next steps and provided a form for my doctor to complete and send in to appeal. My Part D insurer denied my appeal. Julia gave me further advise and we appealed a second time. This time the insurer approved coverage. There are not enough stars or accolades I can give Julia and Boomer Benefits. I am so grateful for Julia's guidance and thoughtful follow up during this entire process. THANK YOU!!!!!

A young man with Boomers (Andrew L) called me last month just to check to make sure I was still happy with my plan I had purchased about 4 years ago. Thinking it would be very difficult to change I at first said I am good. Several days later I begun to have second thoughts due to a high increase in premiums. I decided to give him a call back. Andrew sir he’d and found a lower priced plan. He was so very patient to help me with the new application and explained every question. Andrew called me back 2 weeks later to tell me I was approved. He then offered to help me cancel my old plan. This morning he called to tell me he was had called to cancel my old plan for me. Andrew and Boomer are the best! So glad I am part of there business.

I would like to thank Garrett for his five star service. If it were possible I would give him a higher rating. I needed some information from my plan G Accendo supplement insurance. I called Accendo twice myself before contacting Boomer Benefits for assistance. I was unsuccessful in getting the information I needed. Garrett was patient and consistent in helping me obtain the information I needed. Garrett followed up with me over a two week period making sure I got the information I needed and was willing to assist me with constant follow up contact regarding solving the issue.
