She had good support for Drugs programs and legal issues such as Power of Attorney for each of us. Please use an expert like Angie when transitioning to Medicare.

Excellent service from Alexis P regarding a medicare lab fee that was billed to me. She spoke with billing and found it was coded wrong, they made the correction and it was paid. She followed up with a progress report and another email when it was paid. She also left me a voicemail with her direct phone number if I needed to call her. Five stars!

We were directed to Boomer Benefits by a friend and were very happy that we used them! Had great customer service and were given several options to choose from. Justin K and Angie K were excellent service representatives, took a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend Boomer Benefits. Reason for 4 stars is that we initially had one representative who was very slow getting back to us, but then our business was turned over to Angie who was awesome. Give them a try. Don't think you will be disappointed.
