Taryn N. called ME on several occasions to see how he could help me with my claims. He is the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable employee ever. This is a wonderful company! Everyone I have dealt with in the last 18 months since being on Medicare, has been so helpful. Taryn has been especially diligent in assisting me with a Medicare Part B claim for diabetic supplies. Turning 65 is difficult enough but trying to navigate Medicare options is WORSE! I'm a physician and found it difficult.....UNTIL I found Trey D. at BoomerBenefits! Trey was the best! My agent was Trinadee M. and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, polite and friendly. She never pressured me or pushed me to a specific Medigap plan and was good at listening to me. All of these qualities is what made me go back to her to write my plan. Many months ago I called Boomers because of an issue I was having with a bill not being paid by Medicare. I worked with Haley H. and she basically took charge of the situation. I had forgotten that the bill was still outstanding when she called me this afternoon. Haley told me that everything had been taken care of and Medicare had paid the bill which I assume they would have done originally.
