Ryan L was great help to us trying to change a parent to a better plan. He spent lots of time just giving us good information. Very thorough in searching out answers to our questions. Timely responses and replies. We used another company years ago for our own Medicare plan, but definitely recommend this company based on the service we received from Ryan. We will use this as our go to resource for ourselves and spread the word to friends.

I recently wanted to see if I could find a supplement company with a lower premium. Ashley G at Boomer Benefits was more than happy to help me with this. She found me a policy that saved me over $70.00 per month. She also help me to cancel my old policy. As far as I am concerned getting my insurance thru Boomer was the best choice I could have made. They have been there for three years with me and are a wonderful team to work with.

I found out about Boomer Benefits from Facebook and was impressed with the positive comments. I was also referred by a friend. I signed up for a part G medigap plan with Chloe H who was very informative and friendly. Boomer Benefits initially helped me set up my Medigap and part D plans and did great job. So with this being my first renewal year, I had no idea what to expect so I gave them a call and Kathryn H did a wonderful job going over everything and made suggestions on areas that I may wish to adjust.
With my past service from all the reps, I can truly recommend this company as a one stop shop for prompt, knowledgeable and honest advice when it comes to navigating important healthcare choices.

Planning ahead for my Medicare needs, I came across a Boomer Benefits video that started with basic info that lead to many videos that explained everything I needed to know. I filled out a form and got only one phone call. From that point Alec S kept in touch with me until I was ready to set up my plan G. He helped with that and then he had Part D specialist Becca J also from Boomer Benefits contact me to find the best plan for me and now I’m all set.

Another GREAT experience dealing with Boomer Benefits. Had an issue with "billing" re a Medicare insurance claim...contacted Boomer Benefits to help straighten things out. My service claims rep was ALLYSON G and she did an excellent job of identifying the issue and resolving the problem in timely fashion.
My total time involvement on this billing issue was just a few minutes talking to Allyson to explain my initial concerns...then Boomer Benefits does all the heavy lifting. Boomer and Allyson are the BEST.
Do yourself a big favor...sign on with Boomer Benefits.

My wife Cheryl turned 65 in November 2021 and used Boomer Benefits to navigate all the different options. She was very satisfied with Tina K and her assistance on the front end of the process. She has also been very satisfied with Elizabeth D in navigating current medical bills. I am turning 65 in December 2022 and had no hesitation in using Boomer Benefits to navigate my options. I called Tina and she got the whole thing started over the phone in less than 30 minutes. Going with Boomer and the people who work there have been one of our best decisions.

Jasmine B.was amazing as usual! Anytime I have a question or a concern about a bill. She has handled it with professionalism and compassion. My most recent question was regarding the lab bill she handled. It was no problem called me zero balance, no charge to me. I have dealt with Boomer Benefits for four years now from beginning my Medicare journey to now they have never ever failed me with answers to questions.

I spent a lot of time researching Medicare. I watched the Boomer Benefits videos and found them to be very helpful. When it came time to actually sign up for plan I felt confident contacting Boomer. I was so pleased to be partnered with Billy W. He was definitely 5-stars! Besides being able to answer all my Medicare questions, he was REALLY PATIENT! Resubmitting my review because I forgot to mention my agent's name Trey D. He provided excellent service! I was called promptly after requesting help. All options were impartially given. I had a lot of questions about applying for Medicare and supplemental insurance and they were all answered. It was made very, very clear that all of this was at no cost to me as the insurance companies paid the agent, not me. I am very pleased with Boomer Benefits and look forward to working with them in the future.

I was nearing 65, so started researching the various decisions I needed to make to sign up for Medicare and Medigap insurance plans. I found some VERY informative videos on Youtube.com from Boomer Benefits, so after watching several, I decided to request some information from them. I was surprised to hear a “young” voice after dialing a number for “senior” benefits! My crotchety self thought, “How can this young person be an expert in Medicare? “……but may I just say my representative Lily is absolutely is an expert! I was very confused by all the offerings and some special situations in which I find myself. Lily was extremely helpful and we were able to sort out a good plan. She was very professional, upbeat, helpful and fantastic with follow up. I feel great full for the assistance!

Few companies today offer personalized service by phone, without jumping through annoying voice prompts and hold time waiting for a person. I was having an issue with my old insurance showing as my primary after it had been cancelled. I quickly called Boomer Benefits and Lane E was right there to give me all the help I needed. He took care of everything for me, called Medicare, got me on the line with them, and in very short order it was all taken care of.
What I really appreciate is how he explains beforehand what he will do to help me and what I can expect to happen from any conversations I may have with Medicate or my insurance carrier.

I'm so pleased with Jesstina L and Ashley G assistance in signing up for Medicare. Although Boomer Benefits has many videos describing and simplifying Medicare and procedures for signing up, Jesstina was kind enough to patiently explain things for me again and helpfully answer my questions. Likewise Ashley was also very helpful in setting up conference calls with Medigap agents to complete the procedure.

This required a call to Medicare and several calls to the supplement company. She handled it all with grace, patience, and professionalism, while treating me with kindness and understanding. Boomer Benefits is a terrific company to work with. Recently I contacted them regarding an issue I was having with Medicare coverage. Nicholas P listened patiently to my explanation of the issue and said he would look into it and get back to me within a day. He called back that same day with the issue resolved. They should actually be 10 STAR! This is by far the best group you can use as you approach Medicare age and continue thru the Medicare years. Forget the mailings and the phone calls, just contact Boomer Benefits and let them make the medical insurance decisions a no brainer for you! They take care of everything and keep you updated with possible better solutions as time goes by.

Boomer Benefits was recommended to me by my cousin when I was ready to sign up for Medicare. I did some research on my own and the called the company. The representative I worked with, Matthew M, was very knowledgeable and patient. After several calls with Matthew, he answered all of my numerous questions and helped me apply for Medigap, Part D, and dental/vision/hearing. Niegel R was the representative I delt with and he was outstanding. Very grateful to have found the ad on Facebook and called. My husband and I both needed insurance and Mr. D got us us both covered with great insurances. I also spoke with Mr. A who handled somethings for me and double check to make sure everything went in correctly with no problems. Both were outstanding. Also very happy with their follow up on things. I would highly recommend Boomer Benifits to anyone needing insurance and help in understanding Medicare.
