We got numerous referrals from friends but ended up going with Boomer Benefits, a company we found online and submitted an info request. Larry W got backed to us right away, was very patient, knowledgable and attentive. We had a ton of questions over a two month period and he was always ready to answer every concern. Got a late start on applying for additional benefits for my wife. Since she has a birthday on the 30th, I didn't realize that medicare would start on the 1st. Anyway, Trey D was exceptional;. I signed up with Boomer Benefits because they said they would help with any problems that I would run into with Medicare and supplemental insurance. They proved their worth when I could not get my doctors to send my prescriptions to the correct place. Their employee, Trevor G, got me help from the drug insurance provider to help me get my prescriptions filled before they ran out. My problem disappeared once Trevor got involved! This is a great company with dedicated employees.

My Representative, Sydney B, was wonderful! She was extremely instrumental in helping me to correct a mistake I'd made. I thought I wanted to change to an Advantage plan, but after signing up for it ( not through Boomers), I really regretted that decision for several reasons - but mainly I just realized it probably was not the right choice for me and my health issues. She helped me to make the correction necessary to get me back to my original selection I'd chosen for the previous year. Thank you Boomers and Sydney - you are the best!

Really nice service. I worked with Tyler who helped me select a new plan. What I really appreciated is that he is thorough but never pressured me (unlike another company that I contacted). Tyler helped me with a supplemental Medicare policy and also provided quotes for dental. His associate is helping me review my Plan D.
By the way, if you are new to Medicare, the owner of Boomer Benefits wrote a really easy-to-read book that breaks down Medicare and all you need to know.

Allyson G returned my call from a couple of days ago and I missed her first call, but luckily (for me) she called back within a few minutes! She was very friendly and professional and honest about what she might not be able to answer since she was in claims and helping out during a busy time. I had a question that she was unsure about, and she said that she would reach out to someone who would know and email me the answer. She was able to answer a couple of questions that I had regarding Original Medicare vs. Advantage and not in a rush. I truly appreciate the people who work with this company and recommend them!

Michelle W – Excellent Boomer Customer Support
Michelle has helped me out more than a few times: to unravel the mystery of drug prices, co-pays, and deductions. She has contacted my hospital to clear up billing issues that were the hospital’s mistake. She has contacted my Drug plan’s India customer service (not fun) to sort out prescription deliveries. She is persistent and calls me back to verify that my issues are taken care of. There is no better customer service, a 5-star person -- KC Foley Estes Park Colorado

I worked with Trey D who helped me sort through Medicare Advantage vs. Supplement. Furthermore, he helped me analyze the United Health Advantage Plan I was in related to when I retired from work that was costing me $386 per month and showed me that switching to another United Health Advantage Plan with NO premium would give me almost the same benefits. I worked with an agent Allison N who very clearly and concisely answered any and all questions I had about the Medicare parts, especially focusing on the advantages, disadvantages, and differences between Medicare Supplemental Plans and Medigap. I had an over billing issue with my doctor’s office. Doctor failed to submit my claim to Medicare and billed me the full amount directly. I called Boomer customer support and spoke to Natasha. Natasha handled everything from that point forward working with the doctors office, Medicare, and my Medicare supplement provider providing me updates and a final call to say all had been resolved. What a great service offered by Boomer and fantastic support by Natasha.
