We were fortunate to have found Boomer Benefits who assisted us in getting setup with our Medicare coverage. Very informative and helpful. In addition, they have helped us resolve bills we received that we thought should have been covered by our Medicare carrier. I had recently gone thru Boomer Benefits for completing Medicare , supplemental & prescription insurance. It was a wonderful experience. Representative Larry W was amazing and had deep knowledge and understanding of my requirements. He made sure all the fine prints are explained. He identified the best Part-D drug plan. I had also taken help from the customer services group and they were very helpful. Boomer Benefits did exactly what they had said in the various videos which I had viewed. Larry also guided me step by step to ensure that all forms are completed correctly.

I highly recommend Boomer Benefits. Bill W the rep my husband and I spoke with was an encyclopedia of Medicare and a Medigap Insurance benefits. His patience and ability to immediately answer all our questions was greatly appreciated! We had 2 calls which both lasted over an hour and he expertly answered all of our many questions.
We are probably going to retire to SC or GA from CT and Bill explained how to proceed with possibly switching Plans before our move.

By far the best company that I have worked with. They have answered all of my questions and was very patient with me.
Peter M was great I would have given more stars if I could. He dealt with all of the questions that I had about my insurance.
This is the company to go with especially if you are on Medicare they found me a company that has great benefits and the handle all of any problems you might have. No more going to multiple places (insurance, Pharmacy, etc.) they handle everything.
I will never go anywhere else. love these guys!

I am turning 65, my sister-in-law sent me a book I didn't think I needed. She was right I did need the book and Boomer Benefits. I was first connected to Jessica Y for my insurance needs. She worked with me and got me into a plan that sounds wonderful and for a lot less than what I was planning to spend. Then she connected me with someone that could help with the drug part of my insurance. Juliette T helped with a plan that should save me a lot of money. She also supplied me with a coupon that will save me even more. I've been very pleased with their prompt and money saving service.

I have reached out to Boomer Benefits a couple of time and each time I get excellent customer service. My most recent call connected me with Haley W. Not only was she kind but she was knowledgeable as well. Customer service is huge in my book. I've grown tired of customer service reps who sound as though they just got out of bed, cannot open their mouth to speak, or, who have no interest in doing their job. I had Supplemental Medicare Plan but doing the re-enrollment period for January 2023, I change to an advantage plan. I was not happy with the choice I had made therefore I contacted Boomer Benefits. A young lady name Ashley G came to my aide. She was attentive and patience and made me feel that she could help me and that she did. She instructed me what I had to do and assist in getting it done. She stayed in contact keeping me update on the progress, until I was reinstated in my Aetna Supplemental plan. she also got me enrolled in Part D (the drug plan). Thanks

Our underwriter, Ryan L. was great at helping clarify some of the confusion we had with all the different plans. He followed up with us and also was easy to get in contact with when I had a question. The Boomer customer service team is also wonderful. We had a problem with our plan cards. I called customer service and the issue was taken care of immediately and they again followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I would and have recommended Boomer Benefits to friends and family.

We got numerous referrals from friends but ended up going with Boomer Benefits, a company we found online and submitted an info request. I signed up with Boomer Benefits because they said they would help with any problems that I would run into with Medicare and supplemental insurance. They proved their worth when I could not get my doctors to send my prescriptions to the correct place. Their employee, Trevor G, got me help from the drug insurance provider to help me get my prescriptions filled before they ran out. My problem disappeared once Trevor got involved! This is a great company with dedicated employees.

My Representative, Sydney B, was wonderful! She was extremely instrumental in helping me to correct a mistake I'd made. I thought I wanted to change to an Advantage plan, but after signing up for it ( not through Boomers), I really regretted that decision for several reasons - but mainly I just realized it probably was not the right choice for me and my health issues. She helped me to make the correction necessary to get me back to my original selection I'd chosen for the previous year. Thank you Boomers and Sydney - you are the best!

Really nice service. I worked with Tyler who helped me select a new plan. What I really appreciated is that he is thorough but never pressured me (unlike another company that I contacted). Tyler helped me with a supplemental Medicare policy and also provided quotes for dental. His associate is helping me review my Plan D.
By the way, if you are new to Medicare, the owner of Boomer Benefits wrote a really easy-to-read book that breaks down Medicare and all you need to know.

I have been on Medicare for 3 and 1/2 years and with Boomer Benefits helping me choose the right policies, I am extremely fortunate to have chosen them. In 2023 my current Medicare Part D policy was going to double double in price and Wendy H found a similar policy for me that was even cheaper than when I originally signed up in 2019. Our Part "D" premium was again increasing for 2023 so I reached out to Boomer Benefits for help in finding a better rate with comparable existing benefits. Angela K certainly came through for us! I gave her a list of current medications and she found us a good plan with a very substantial savings on our monthly premium. We have dealt with Boomer Benefits several times in the past and have always been very pleased with their recommendations. They absolutely "speak Medicare".

Allyson G returned my call from a couple of days ago and I missed her first call, but luckily (for me) she called back within a few minutes! She was very friendly and professional and honest about what she might not be able to answer since she was in claims and helping out during a busy time. I had a question that she was unsure about, and she said that she would reach out to someone who would know and email me the answer. She was able to answer a couple of questions that I had regarding Original Medicare vs. Advantage and not in a rush. I truly appreciate the people who work with this company and recommend them!

I recently purchased health insurance from Larry W. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and fast at handling my questions, much better than dealing directly with insurance companies in the past. He quickly found the best policies available for my location and recommended two of them. After a short discussion, I selected one of them. The cost was significantly lower than those I had obtained from a couple of insurance companies. I highly recommend calling Larry.
