We worked with Kelly D. on the phone and she was extremely helpful! She listened to all of our questions and the huge difference between my needs and my husbands. She got right back to us online and left us with places to go if we had more questions including her direct line. It was nice to have our questions answered by someone who listened and cared. Boomer benefits had been one of the podcasts/videos my husband had watched and was impressed with. We are glad we called them!!

We recently moved to another state and had to change insurances. I scooted around online and thought it would be something I could do myself. I happened to see a Facebook post about Boomer Benefits so I did a bit of research. They surely seemed like the real deal so I gave them a call. By the luck of the draw, I was connected to Tish Pattenaude. By the time we finished up, 90 minutes later, we were all signed on with a plan that I'm sure we'll be happy with. The long and the short of it, I feel like we won the lottery being able to work with Tish.

We have been working with Boomer Benefits for over 5 years. My husband and I decided to check and see whether we could get a better deal on our Medigap policy. We were pleasantly surprised when Andrew O told us we could save a lot of money with a new plan - no change in benefits! Andrew was very easy to work with. Ruth O is simply amazing! She is dogged in tracking down and correcting denials. She recently worked on an annual visit issue that was incorrectly coded. I am so incredibly impressed with Andrew E.. I did find out the hard way that there are agents that are unreliable and dishonest when applying for medicare. Andrew E. is the opposite of that. He helped me fix the mistakes that someone else from an entirely different company had made. His compassion and integrity are the highest. I absolutely appreciate dealing with a person of his caliber.

OMG...had the best call with Chad H. with Boomer Benefits today.
I am currently 68 & have a local advantage that I love because every doctor I see is in the same building along with x-rays, blood work, scans etc. After talking with Chad, right now I am in a good plan; come October he will call me to discuss supplemental plans where I can still use my current clinic & doctors. I used Boomer Benefits to select my Medigap supplement. The process was amazingly helpful and I am completely satisfied with the results. But then there is another step to get Part D. I was told I would be contacted closer to my coverage date so that the most current drug list could be included in the analysis. As promised, Wendy H reached out just as promised and walked me thru the process with ease. Again, I couldn't be more pleased with her results and follow up. So glad I found Boomer Benefits (and Wendy) for all the Medicare support.

Asia J at Boomer Benefits contactes me letting me know the Medigap company I use said my bill wasn't paid for the month. She connected me to that company and helped me through every step to find out why the bill was not automatically paid by my bank and helped me resolve everything.
Originally saw a YouTube video and after calls to them decided to use them. It doesn't cost anything to use their service and they have been extremely helpful.

Trying to set up Medicare can be very stressful. I called and talked to Darla F. way before starting to enroll to get some information ahead of time. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and stated she would be glad to help when I was ready to enroll. She did not disappoint. She is not only friendly but knew how to take the stress out of the process. She is a true professional and made sure to see that I understood the process. I came to Boomers Benefits with nothing but questions. Jacob C. was there to help with advice even though I was not ready to commit. I called Jacob a few weeks later and he jumped right in helping me with my questions and provided the answers I needed. I just want you to know what a kind and considerate example of customer service Jacob has been. I know feel like I am secure in my decisions with Jacob's help.

This Medicare stuff is very confusing. Not only does Boomer Benefits help with understanding, their ongoing service is awesome. I worked with Ruth O. regarding a billing issue where a mistake was made. Ruth did all of the investigation for me and stayed on top of it until there was resolution.
I am grateful that she was there for me cause I would not have been able to decipher the issue or the cause without her help. Ruth got it all cleared up which allows me to move on until Medicare throws another curve ball at me. At that point, I know who I am calling! Thanks Ruth.

Cicely P, she’s very helpful and patient. I was having a hard time getting through Aetna, there was no live representative that you can talked too! They’re selling products so frustrating so I reached out to Cicely we had a 3 way call. She’s following up on this issues with Aetna , card that was mailed has incorrect last name. I was grateful using boomers Cicely highly recommended!!!

I just got off the phone with Asia from Boomer Benefits. I had a question about my drug plan. She called me back the same day and was so helpful and pleasant to speak with. I phoned Boomer Benefits to help me with my Medicare enrollment. Bill W was so knowlegeable and helpful which made this process so easy for me. Bill provided me with all detailed information on what my out of pocket expenses would be. He also informed me of ALL the additional services provided by him and Boomer Benefits, which were beyond my expectations. I'm so very happy I chose this company and Bill to assist me with this process.
