Boomer Benefits did an excellent job in discussing all of my Medicare options for supplemental insurance and part D prescription drug plans. They made the enrollment process easy and walked us through all of the information they required. They have followed up after our enrollment period to make sure we had all of the information we required and the insurance carrier had sent us the requested information. We are totally satisfied with our Boomer Benefits representative. They provided us their direct number and we have been able to get service every time we have called with questions.

Anthony S picked up my call and I got the jackpot! Anthony explained all my Medicare options in terms I could understand. He followed our call up with the information we had discussed which made it very easy for me to decide the option to chose. On our second call Anthony filled out the medical and dental applications with me and again made it so easy while assuring me if I have any questions he and the team is here to help me. The best part is I can contact the team with questions versus dealing with the insurance companies. It doesn’t get any better than this!

So I emailed Asia Jackson-Russell from Boomer, she is the one who helped me change my plan D. In no time at all she called me to help resolve the problem. My problem with the medication was resolved, turns out my doctors office sent in the wrong prior authorization. Craig B was very helpful in letting me know what options were available based on my current prescriptions. I am saving over $20 per month in a Cigna plan over my previous Humana plan. Boomer Benefits also helped me see which pharmacy would give me the better price for my prescriptions, based on which tier group they were listed. I was glad to know that.

I am at Boomer benefits currently for one reason. That reason is Juliette Templeton. Even though Boomer was not an agent with my part D insurance the last couple of years, Juliette jumped in to help me anyway. Helping me with medication not covered on a formulary and getting me alternatives. Including cheapest locations to buy from, coupons, GoodRX options, etc.. I have recommended Boomer to a number of people. Even my doctor and his nurse signed up with Boomer based on my recommendation. My wife will be signing up next year with Boomer.

This year, Jozzlynn provided very helpful advice on Medicare Part D plans, even talking to me about a less expensive option on Medicare.gov. There is no additional cost to enroll via Boomer Benefits, as compared to Medicare.gov, and Boomer Benefits assists with any future questions or problems with a medical bill for any coverage purchased through them. It's a wonderful service!

I decided not to go with them yet as we were moving from Hawaii to Oklahoma in a short time. Once we moved, I reached out to them again and talked to Larry W. I liked the knowledge they have and the clear way they present the complex information and choices. I appreciated the representative Robert G who had such a helpful attitude and acted with such integrity, never trying to persuade me but rather just inform me and followed up to make sure all was in order. It was refreshing to work with Jacob C. A good listener, with great explanations, and he provided resources. I felt like I was working with a consultant whose goal was finding me the best plan for my budget. I appreciate how he explained medical terminology with comprehensive with practical examples. Kelly D was fantastic, clear and patient without condescension, all the details I needed both about Medicare and my options. She then helped me apply for a plan with a better price than I'd been able to find on my own. Also- she says the company will be there to help me sort through any problems with the plans-- After weeks of trying to sort this out on my own I actually had a tear of relief after working with her.

Navigating Medicare Part B and D process for the first time is a very daunting, complex process. Soooo many questions. With the help of Billy W from Boomer Benefits, my questions were answered, which helped me decide on which plan to choose. He was very patient with me, even though I had to change our appointment twice, and he provided me with Social Security links to get the the forms that I needed to fill out. I highly recommend Billy.

I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.
