Kelly D was fantastic, clear and patient without condescension, all the details I needed both about Medicare and my options. She then helped me apply for a plan with a better price than I'd been able to find on my own. Also- she says the company will be there to help me sort through any problems with the plans-- After weeks of trying to sort this out on my own I actually had a tear of relief after working with her.

Navigating Medicare Part B and D process for the first time is a very daunting, complex process. Soooo many questions. With the help of Billy W from Boomer Benefits, my questions were answered, which helped me decide on which plan to choose. He was very patient with me, even though I had to change our appointment twice, and he provided me with Social Security links to get the the forms that I needed to fill out. I highly recommend Billy.

I contacted Boomer Benefits to change my part D plan. I was put in touch with Bree W who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my plan changed. She was prompt in contacting me originally and when I had questions. I have been with Boomer since 2021 and did need their assistance in the past so I wanted a part d plan through them. She found one for less money in premiums than my original plan so my monthly price dropped from $40 to $ 16.50.

We got news from our provider that our current advantage plan (that seemed near perfect) would no longer be available in 2025. I reached out to my insurance agent that had helped us with that plan but didn’t seem to have time to help this year. I am so happy we decided to use Boomer Benefits. Anthony discussed all of our options with us and after considering what we thought would be right for us, got us signed up for a new advantage plan. Love the added perk of being able to call anytime we have a question or problem with our plan.

I continue to be impressed with the service that my wife and I receive from Boomer Benefits.
Our latest need was to maintain an excellent / affordable provider for our Medicare Part D coverage and maintain or reduce our annual, all in cost. Laura F handled our case and managed to identify a provider with a lower monthly premium and affordable copayments for the various tiered medications. The total annual cost for our personal situation will be lower than what we paid in 2024.

Sydney V is Amazing...I had a very complicated incorrect bill from a hospital for over 9,000. Sydney did everything to correct this problem working with the hospital, and Medicare. I never would have figured out how to get this particular issue resolved but somehow Sydney did!! Thank you, Sydney, for all your efforts and for keeping me up to date as the situation progressed. We have been extremely happy with the plans they chose for us. This year our Part D carrier opted out of their drug plan for 2025 so we had to search for a new one. Boomer Benefits exceeds my expectations at every interaction. Most recently, I was notified that my current Medicare Advantage plan is canceled for 2026. Julie Porras helped me find a new plan that is best suited for my current situation and provided the guidance I needed throughout the enrollment process. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Working with this company made all the difference in my Medicare journey. The staff was professional, cordial, knowledgeable, and always responsive. Explanations and details of options and insurance plans were comprehensive and helpful. I also found them to be very customer oriented in terms of cost effectiveness and coverage. For example, it was beneficial for me to review prescription plan options on the Medicare.gov site rather than the recommendation provided by the agent and I was encouraged to explore those options independently. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits.

Ryan L. was fantastic. Provided the right amount of information so you didn’t get overloaded and could make a decision. His recommendations were based on historical data so that made decisions even easier. Medicare can be overwhelming; but, he stepped through it in a very simple way. We ended the meeting feeling like a lot of potential stress, regarding Medicare, was taken away. Clearly an expert on Delaware Healthcare.
