Summary
The Mini Guardian is the smallest and sleekest help button Medical Guardian offers. It comes in three colors, including black, silver, and white. Its capabilities are similar to Medical Guardian's other offered medical alert systems and is water-resistant, includes GPS tracking, and has a five-day battery life. This plan does require a one-time equipment fee, unlike the other basic medical alert packages.
Being half the width and weight of a regular medical alert system, this device is best for consumers who care about the convenience of size and would prefer a smaller device compared to a regular-sized system and don't mind a one-time equipment fee. The mini can clip onto bags, purses, belts, clothing, etc. for ease of use. You can also add fall detection to the mini if you'd like extra protection.
The range on this device is unlimited.

Equipment Warranty

Medical Guardian also offers a lifetime warranty on all its products. If for some reason the equipment is damaged or malfunctions, Medical Guardian will replace it free of charge. Having free equipment and a lifetime warranty on all products ensures money for equipment never has to come out of the customer's pocket.

The warranty does not cover lost or damaged items. However, Medical Guardian offers a protection plan for $6.99 per month that would cover those circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their Medical Guardian services at any point without charge. As opposed to companies such as Life Alert, you won't be locked into any long-term contracts with the expectation of buying out. This allows customers to try out Medical Guardian to see if it is the right medical alert provider for them without having to commit to the service for a long period of time.

I bought the mini gaurdian for my elderly father and so far we have thankfully only had use it for testing and the call center response time and service was excellent. Your Customer Service Agents are very helpful and patient. I think the magnet on the lanyard was not a good idea for people with pacemakers and i had to use my own lanyard (system). Also the lanyard length is too short since this will more than likely put the pendant and possibly the magnet with in six inches of the pacemaker/defibrillator. The belt clip broke in my hands while trying to remove the pendant. The pendant it self works great and the the two way voice clarity and volume between call center and my hard of hearing father is excellent.

I'm very happy with it. I like everything about it. I have the mini pendant, so everything is right there and I don't have to be near anything if I were to need help. It's not big and bulky like the ones some of my friends have. Everybody is willing and able to respond immediately if I test it or do a monthly check-in. They're easy to deal with. If you have a question, you can call and they take the time to to answer your question and to tell you what to do if you're asking how to take care of something. Just everything about the company is very very good. I haven't hesitated to recommend it and other people have had other beepers and they changed to Medical Guardian and they were just so happy with it.

Mine is the mini version and I really like it because it's small. I did call customer support because I wanted to give them my new email address and they were very nice and they told me some things that I did not know that were not included in the information that came with that device. I had used another company for a year and their device was very heavy and I kept setting it off and so after a year, I canceled it and got the mini Medical Guardian, which I've been very happy with.

The time we tested it it worked fine, someone responded right away. Another time it was accidentally set off and my mother said it was not an emergency and that was fine.Is very simple to use and they are very responsive when we need.

I ‘ve had my Medical Guardian only one week, so far all are pleasant and efficient. When calling to test equipment they even say your name when determining if help is needed! Equipment is small and best of all you can replace their wristband with a band of your choice of band. I chose a expanding watch band so it can be pushed up when doing dishes. Don’t prefer necklaces types.

Got this for mom after she was found on the bathroom floor for 12 hours. She love the versatility of the product. Can take it with her wherever she goes local and now across country with ease and really feels safe if you have an elderly parent or parents and they are mobile, you need to invest in the guardian it's the best...
