Equipment Warranty

MobileHelp has a Connect Premium program for $5 per month. Frequently, customers pay upwards of $300 for replacing lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. With Connect Premium, you could pay nothing (or just a small deductible where applicable).

MobileHelp also offers a price guarantee. Customers will be locked into the standard retail rate of the plan for two years from the start date of the Connect Premium Service.*

*Promotional rates are not included in the Price Guarantee. Price lock will expire after two years from initial start date of the Connect Premium service.

Cancellation Policy

MobileHelp Micro has a 30-day risk-free trial. During the 30-day risk-free trial, a full refund will be issued if the equipment is returned within the first 30 days. There are also no cancellation fees — even after 30 days — as long as you return the equipment to MobileHelp.

I bought the MobileHelp Micro System with Fall Detection about four weeks ago when my mother was discharged from a short-term rehab center for injuries sustained in a fall. She had originally balked at the price and had already delayed looking into this herself. On March 31, after she was home for a week, I did some research, and made the decision to buy. It arrived very quickly - the next day! And setup was so easy that I almost thought we had missed a step. The battery did not hold a charge as long as the booklet said, but I got her into a routine of charging it daily while she was seated watching tv. She had become more mobile as weeks progressed and we thought we were in the clear. Yesterday morning, I had spoken with her at 8:24, at 8:47 I received an alert that a fall was detected. I phoned her repeatedly - no answer. I left work and started driving to her place. At 8:54 a rep called me to tell me they received an alert and they made contact but she was non-communicative. The paramedics were on the way. I got there just a few minutes later. She was in the middle of a stroke and she was brought to the hospital. This all took place so fast and so expediently, that I am sure it saved her life. I never imagined that this device would pay for itself over the year, let alone in just a matter of weeks. I am advising my friends with aging parents to look into this system! Thank you!
