Summary

Medical Guardian's Mobile 2.0 features advanced location monitoring using 4G LTE, WiFi & GPS to ensure their best-ever connection speed. It’s the only mobile medical alert device on the market that provide protection even while the unit is charging. The Mobile 2.0 is a portable mobile medical alert system that functions on built-in GPS technology and cellular connection. This enables customers to use their medical alert devices outside of their homes. The device includes a wearable button that has an unlimited range from the device. The system has location tracking and two-way communication.

Equipment Warranty

Medical Guardian also offers a lifetime warranty on all its products. If for some reason the equipment is damaged or malfunctions, Medical Guardian will replace it free of charge. Having free equipment and a lifetime warranty on all products ensures money for equipment never has to come out of the customer's pocket.

The warranty does not cover lost or damaged items. However, Medical Guardian offers a protection plan for $6.99 per month that would cover those circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their Medical Guardian services at any point without charge. As opposed to companies such as Life Alert, you won't be locked into any long-term contracts with the expectation of buying out. This allows customers to try out Medical Guardian to see if it is the right medical alert provider for them without having to commit to the service for a long period of time.

I've called several times and they were very helpful. I like the idea that it doesn't matter where I am, they can locate me with GPS. Even though this costs a little bit more it's it's definitely worth it. I like that it's very light weight and is very easy to wear. I'm very happy with it.

I was told that the medical guardian had an app just like Google some kind of family link app using her GPS device I bought her so I could track where she goes so if she gets lost I can help her so I'm greatly disappointed on that and also she was supposed to get a black bracelet she got the opposite but she said she'll live with it she doesn't want me to spend any more money

I wanted GPS capable help me I've fallen button. My system came with GPS and with us a necklace and a wristband. A lock box also came with it, however, that cannot be opened with the combination that came with it. The unit was sent to me by priority mail. I called the company and their representative helped me set it up and test it. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We also set up an automatic deduction from my checking account to pay for the service. I prefer this to having to pay a credit card each month. The equipment was free, that means I did not have to pay out right for the equipment. It is also warranty against damage and defect. So far, I have not needed to use the system. However, I have tested it and the response is reasonably quick. For the present time, I will stay with medical guardian.

I picked it because of the GPS type unit that came with it. That way the person who wears it can use it wherever he is and is not restricted just to his house. He can use it on trips when he goes to the doctor's office, to the store, etc. and people will always be able to find him if he needs help. We always have to remind him to keep it near him or put it in his purse or walker when he goes out. Anytime the button accidentally goes off, there's somebody talking to him right away. They don't get upset with him either even though it's an accident. We've been very pleased with it. It's a relief to know he can get help if he needs it.

I may be disabled but I still drive and I'm out and about. That's why I picked them, the button can be used while I'm away from home. I have COPD, emphysema, congested heart failure, and all kinds of problems, so I always have my GPS on my belt and the button hanging from my neck. The only time I take it off is when I take a bath. If anything happens, I can just push it and I'll get help. I haven't had to use it, but I did bump it while opening some grips the other day. They were right on it asking me if I was alright. They do the same when I test it. It has never failed its function. I pay $45 a month for it, but that includes insurance in case I drop it or break it. It'd be great to see it for $10 a month or less, but it's alright. It's rather satisfying to know that if something happens to me I'll be fine.

Well I research to be with other companies and found that this one was the one that sort of covered my need. I haven't had to use it other than just to test it and that's good but I always wear it and I feel very comfortable and aware of it. Every time I call it, I get a good result from a premier customer service. It's comfortable around my neck I first tried the bracelet and the plastic irritated my arm now I wear the necklace one and I feel very comfortable around my neck and I can hide it is very discreet. Well I like the fact that it is small and compact. Solves the problem about control unit when I take it in my purse and other times I had one that had to be connected to the phone and this one gives me the GPS where I go, I am not driving much anymore, still carry it with any occasion, when I go on trips.

I purchased this for my mother after researching online. It just felt like they were well suited for our needs. The particular reason why I wanted her to have their device was that it had GPS. She drives and leaves her home often, so this worked for her because it didn't limit her to the house. Everyday, she puts in on when she gets up in the morning and wears it all day long. It's with her when she goes out, even when she goes to the gym. Actually, she accidentally bumped it when she was there once and someone called her immediately to know if she was alright. She was startled because she hadn't realized it had happened but we were very happy with the quick response that she got. This is our third year renewing the service and we're very happy with it, it's working.

The man that I talked to when I signed up was very true and honest when explaining all the options they had. I found him to be very professional. He took a lot of time to explain things well to me and even gave me examples of how I could use the button, so in the end I signed up. I used to have a different company before, but I like Medical Guardian's pendant better. It's a little bit longer and more comfortable. I like the portability of it and the fact that I can take it with me when I leave because it has the GPS feature. The only problem I have with it is that I don't like wearing something that big around my neck all the time. Thankfully I've never had to use it but one time I heard a beeping noise and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from. It turned out that it was the Medical Guardian people calling me. Apparently the button was pushed by accident when I was picking up a book from the floor. I'm quite happy with it, I feel like I made a good choice.

I read all the feedback available and then talked to their representative. Since I liked what they offered, I got it. I have the mobile device that has GPS on it, so I can take it anywhere and, if I fall while away from home, they'll know exactly where I am. I have not had to use it as of yet and hopefully I won't need it but I know it works. I do a monthly test where I punch the button to see if they respond. They call me quite quickly and ask me if I'm alright and that's usually it. I know they're reliable. They're always very thorough and always make sure that I'm alright whenever I call. They're just very polite and caring.

I love the small pendant and attractive lanyard. The voices I receive are very clear as if the people are standing in front of me. I like that I have GPS and fall detection.
