100-Night Trial and Return Policy
Zoma offers a reasonably flexible mattress return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the product within 100 days for a full refund. You just have to spend at least 30 nights' sleep on it before contacting customer service to return. If you want to return the mattress, Zoma will process a full refund and send someone to pick up your mattress — for free.
This gives you the chance to see if the mattress is a good fit for your body.
10-Year Warranty
Zoma's mattresses come with a 10-year full replacement warranty. The warranty period begins on the day you purchased your mattress.

Zoma offers free curbside shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States. All mattresses are shipped between three to five working days via FedEx and all come with curbside delivery.

Zoma only has two mattresses for consumers to choose from. The limited variety of mattresses can be frustrating because if you don't like the first mattress, you purchase from Zoma, you only have one other choice. The majority of other companies have at least three or more mattresses, all varying in size, firmness, and sleep technologies. That way, if you don't like one mattress, more options are available.
