So comfortable. It adjusts the firmness automatically depending on where my hips are. Also, if I am having a bad day pain-wise, I can adjust the firmness of the mattress to accommodate.

We love our california king sleep number bed. My husband likes it soft and I like it firmer. If we changed anything we should have gotten the adjustable base. Next time, except our mattress will probably last forever.

Sleep number mattresses are great for their firmness and back support, but one downside to their mattresses are that they tend to deflate after a few years. This causes the mattress to unevenly distribute it’s air. With that said, if you are willing to buy a new mattress after a few years, Sleep Number mattresses will deliver on their contouring, cushiony, comfortable sleep experience.

I love the fact that this mattress adjusts to the body’s firm neediness. My mother has these mattresses in several of her bedrooms, so when my family and I visit we draw straws for the certain rooms. Each side of the beds can be adjusted and this helps from person to person’s slumber.

Have had a sleep number for quite a few years. Nice bed, but after awhile I needed to up the setting. I think their prices can be a bit high. But I think that the value is there. All in All ,it's a great product. They keep uping their game as well.

We’ve had a Sleep Number bed for several years now. It’s so nice to be able to adjust the hardness or softness of the mattress. One’s comfort level can change from time to time so it’s nice to be able to adjust to what feels good.

I have had a sleep number bed for a while and I really like it. The setup was very easy. Also the remote is very easy to use to get it the desired hardness or softness. I have a bad back and this mattress has helped a lot being able to adjust it to what works best for my back each night .

This mattress has changed my life. I used to not be able to sleep because of back pain and not being able to breathe. But once I switched, I get at least 10 hours of sleep a night. And I don’t wake up in the middle of the night like I’m restless. It’s also great how costomisable it is to meet my exact needs for each night. Would reccomend.

Napping on a Sleep Number mattress is like sleeping on air. The adjustable, inflatable products they offer are comfortable and fit the body well. The only downside I would have to say is the loud noise that comes with adjusting the air inside. It can be hard for others to sleep in the same house when I change it! Despite the noise, Sleep Number is a genuine and comfortable mattress I can see myself using. Three and a half stars.

I like the idea but the materials they use are poor quality. The foam rubber on the sides squashed down (I have accidentally fell out of bed while sleeping more than once!) . . . ONCE IN MY LIFETIME IS THE NUMBER OF TIMES I WILL BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! Truly a pity, if designed and manufactured with integrity the mattress has the potential to become the best.

I bought a Top of the line Sleep Number bed. It is not even Two months old and the light flashes like a strobe light on my wall , 5 feet up it reflects and keeps me up at night and on the floor even in the off position on the APP, Getting no help from customer service they are aware of the problem, and they can't fix it!! This is not acceptable!!!!

Disappointed with sleep number policy. we received a damaged headboard and wanted a refund rather than a replacement. Case manager told us no refunds for upholstered headboards - which doesn't make sense. The product was damaged and was not going to be used again anyway. stupid policy especially after paying them 10K for bed. thanks for looking after your customers!

I like the concept of the sleep, number bed, but it felt like an air mattress. I like a firmer mattress than My Husband, but it wasn't worth the feel of the mattress for us to have two different sides of the bed be two different firmness settings.

Over rated, but not terrible. The bed over inflates often when I'm sleeping. I can't get the control box to link to the server for sleep data. I have to use my phone to control it because $1600 is not enough to include a controller. Upside- once you find your setting it sleeps well if you can get it to stay at that setting.

The bed platform was made of plastic and cracked on the existing bed frame. We never could seem to find the perfect setting. After complaining and writing negative reviews on other sites, a manager reached out to us stating "You purchased the base model. Our satisfied customers typically purchase the premium. Your particular bed has been discontinued." That really didn't help the review. But I'm leaving an extra star just because they did reach out.

My husband and myself got a sleep number bed when we saw the commercials. It feels like two separate mattresses laid next to each other, and we’ve had some issues with air pump. Outside of that they work as advertised and we have our separate firmness preferences.

I purchased their "lower end" mattress. The mattress itself was, and is, very comfortable. There is small issue as you go towards the middle of the Queen mattress. Because the "air mattress" is separated into two (2) separate bags, the middle is not always firm.
