ZenHaven offers one of the best warranty policies in the market. When you purchase a mattress from ZenHaven, you are guaranteed 20-year warranty coverage, whereas other mattress retailers only offer a limited manufacturer's warranty. A clear, in-depth warranty policy and guidelines are available online.
ZenHaven gives each customer a 180-day free at-home sleep trial. If you do not like the comfort level of your mattress, ZenHaven will send a team of professionals to adjust the comfort levels to fit your needs.
If you're still not completely satisfied that you can get a restful night's sleep with your mattress, you can get your money back within the first 180 days of your purchase, although some limitations apply.
Every purchase comes with free white glove delivery and full-service setup if desired. The delivery team will also remove your old mattress at no additional cost. Just make sure to choose this option at checkout.
It is heavily stressed on the website to measure door frames, hallways, and stairwells inside and outside of your home to ensure that the bed you have chosen will fit. If it does not fit, there is a fee to return it and get another mattress.
These all-natural, eco-friendly mattresses use four latex layers that complete each mattress’s comfort technology. The main structure of the ZenHaven Mattress starts with Talalay Latex Support Cores, then a Talalay Latex “5-Zone” Comfort Layer, Organic Wool Layer, and topped with an Organic Cotton Cover. The Talalay process was specifically chosen for its elevating sensation, breathability, and durability.
Another popular feature of Talalay Latex is that it is naturally hypoallergenic and resistant to mold, microbes, and dust mites.
ZenHaven is proud of its 2-in-1 comfort technology which is included in each of its natural latex beds. This incorporates two comfort levels within a single mattress — softer Luxury Plush on one side, and Gentle Firm on the other.
Flip the mattress over when you need to adjust the firmness of your mattress. The comfort range from plush to a more firmer feel means that one eco-friendly mattress can accommodate people with several sleeping positions, accommodating most stomach, back, and side sleepers.
Every bed foundation is made of North American spruce and contains an eco-friendly foam covered in organic cotton specifically designed for ZenHaven mattresses. A unique feature of this bed system is that both the mattress and the foundation are flame retardant. The use of natural 100 percent organic New Zealand wool creates a flame-retardant barrier, using eco-friendly materials.
This all-natural mattress offers a variety of benefits that include the following:
There are several brands within The Saatva Company:
The ZenHaven brand has only one style of mattress to choose from. At checkout, customers are given the option of the size, firmness, foundation or stationary frame, a mattress pad, and a pillow. While this makes checkout easy and simple, others may want more options.
While the delivery is free and customers have 180 days to try out their luxury mattress, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, there is a small fee. ZenHaven will happily refund you for your purchase, minus a $99 transportation fee. This is a service fee added for the inconvenience of picking up the mattress and returning it to one of the facilities. Once a mattress has been tried and rejected by a customer, ZenHaven will not resell it. This may bring comfort to a new buyer, but the person returning it does have to compensate for that.
