We had a pretty good experience with Titan. The mattress was delivered and we had a very long trial period to test to see if it worked. Unfortunately it wasn’t the firmness level needed, even though we bought firm. The customer service team was amazing and helped us donate the mattress! We had our funds refunded. I would recommend due to their customer service and the fact that it was a great mattress. It just didn’t meet our needs.
