We had a Tempurpedic for about 11 years and for the first 8 or 9 years, it was awesome. My wife became disenchanted with it earlier than I did. It did begin to compress in the middle after about 9 years, but the warranty is based on how much it compresses. They measure the compression on the edge—who sleeps on the edge of a mattress? Overall, it was really good, but it wasn't a 20-year mattress for us.

As a girl, I'm always freezing and my partner always is turning on the fan and puts the AC at 65. Tempur-pedic mattresses have completely changed that for me and I love the heat setting on both sides of the bed, the moveable positions and the comfort. Love love love.

I love my Temper-Pedic bed. I've had it for over 7 years and it's still so comfortable. I love how I don't feel any movement from my partner who tosses and turns. I hate when I go on vacation and have to sleep in another bed. It's been a life saver for me. I don't wake up sore like I had with my past bed. I love my Temper-Pedic bed!

I can’t brag enough on my mattress. All mattresses usually start to sink in and this one has never stayed anything but perfect for the last 20 years! What mattress stays perfect for that long? It has a great warranty and great customer service if you need! Best mattress ever!

I bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress for my mother-in-law’s extended stay post knee surgery. The mattress has held up to kids climbing on and off 100 times per day to visit with grandma. I am satisfied by the durability and quality. Would buy again.

You might not like a tempur-pedic immediately but you soon realize this is a high end bed that alleviates back problems. The warranty is huge but my TP lasted 10-11 years. If you are looking for a long lasting bed, go with Tempur-Pedic.

Tempur-Pedic mattresses are a little pricey but totally worth it. The first Tempur-Pedic mattress I got had super comfy memory foam that allowed my boyfriend and I to get the first good night's sleep we'd had in months! This is a great king size mattress, soft and comfy. Only thing is just do not sleep too close to the edge. Good thing about this is you can remove and wash the cover. It took about a month or two until we get used to it since we stwitch from the spring matress. Overall after 3 years, I am still happy with it.

Mixed feeling on this. The bed is definitely a quality bed, but after laying in it for too long I get claustrophobic and I hate being unable to move and role easily. Glad they have the money back guarantee because I didn’t test it long enough in store.

I have had back issues for some time Nd I found that the mattress that I got from Tempur-Pedic to be AMAZING. After a few nights of rest I ceased having various difficulties I was having previously in my upper back. Definitely would strongly advise as well worth the cost.

This is by far the best company for pillows and mattresses. They are extremely comfortable! In the past, I would wake up with neck aches as well as back aches. I needed something new that will help me and so I purchased Temper-Pedicure and haven’t had issues yet!

We had a warranty issue and they sent a guy out to look at it. He did a bunch of tests to confirm the issue. He then wrote up a recommendation for replacement. We even got to keep the old mattress less all the labels identifying it as Tempur pedic. We use it in the guest room.

I have had a TempurPedic for 10 years. As long as it's protected with a matress cover, and rotate the matress a few times a year, it is a well made. You will get restful sleep. It tends to hold heat, and certain "bedroom" activities are a bit more difficult, as you sink a bit into the mattress, holding yourself up , with arms. Besides those issues. It is a top notch sleep!

I love my mattress...after going 20+ years with our last mattress and basically sleeping in a "taco", this new mattress has been a dream. We recently returned from a trip and as I laid down I thought how great the mattress is. King and firm, my wife and I can move all over and we never feel any shake or movement that wakes up the other person.

I actually really like the the tempur-Pedic pillows. They are a little pricey but I take mine everywhere because I sleep so much better when I have it. I've also tried the mattresses and they take a little getting use to and weren't really my favorite because they didn't really breathe and I would get hot. They were also a little harder to move in.

My Tempur-Pedic mattress is the most comfortable bed I've slept on. I look forward to coming back home after the school semesters because I miss my bed. I have back problems on my other mattresses, but not with my Tempur-Pedic mattress. I fall asleep easily on my bed as well.

They’re just hands down the best mattress makers out there in my opinion. I love tempur pedic mattresses. I don’t have one myself (because they can be expensive...although totally worth it) but we had them in my parents house and I never had the back pain problems that I often have now!

Soon afterwards (probably 12 years ago), we purchased are own Tempur-Pedic mattress. We have loved it ever since. Even 12 years later, we think it is a better mattress than most others.

I recently got a Tempur-Pedic bed and it has changed my sleeping. I have extreme back and neck problems and their bed has helped me so much. I don't wake up in agonizing pain anymore. Try them out, especially if you have these body problems. It has really helped.

Refund statement is absolutely NOT true!!! From their website "While we do not accept returns on Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease, TEMPUR-Ergo and TEMPUR-Extend power bases, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties." I received a Tempur-Pedic Split King Ergo Smart Twin XL bases and set them up based on the Split Base installation on a Friday evening. Connecting the bases together, as required to allow the Sleeptracker-AI processor to work, fails with the message "MISSING CONTROL BOX". After calling Tempur-Pedic and being put on hold for over an hour; I was transferred to the company that makes the controllers for their beds vs. them helping me. I ended up having to call back the following day since they closed and wait again for a service tech to answer. Once I finally connected to a Sleeptracker tech I was told to connect the bases up differently from the instructions by bypassing one of their "SMART CABLES". Neither way worked so I was differed to the Sleeptracker second tier support; Matthew. He sent me an email with instructions and images explaining how to connect the bases that was identical to the instructions the previous tech told me. There were emails back and forth with Matthew explaining and illustrating the setup and connections before he finally agreed that it doesn't work but blamed it on a bad "SMART CABLE". Fortunately; each base has a duplicate Smart Cables so I was able to take the one from the second base; however, that one didn't work as well and Matthew blamed it on another bad Smart Cable. He was going to send out a Smart Cable that he "Updated" but it was going to take time to get it. I already reported the issue to the company that sold the bases to me and they were already sending out two brand new bases. New bases came the following Tuesday and I had the installers try to connect and setup the bases but it failed with the EXACT same issue and Matthew again told me it was a hardware issue with the Smart Cable. At this point I have tried FOUR new bases and Smart Cables and NONE of them worked. Since NONE of their products are returnable I would HIGHLY recommend a FULL demonstration of them setting up the bases working with the Sleeptracker!!!

Purchased a California King Tempurpedic. Within one month, the mattress started sagging in the middle. Even though we had a warranty, the company would NOT replace the mattress, instead only kept offering replacement box springs, which broke repeatedly. In case anyone wonders, the only person sleeping on this mattress was myself, a 145lb woman. The customer service was horrendous with an actual corporate manager rudely challenging me that she bet I didn't have a warranty. This was uttered with laughter. I did have a warranty and faxed a copy (why didn't they have that information already on their end???) but again, they refused to honor their own warranty. I rank my customer service experience with Tempurpedic as in the top 5 worst experiences. The mattress was tossed in a dumpster after 2 years. I will never buy another product from this company.

We have had our Tempur-pedic mattress for close to 10 years. The only negative is it is very warm in the summertime. The warranty is good although we’ve never had to use it. They are pricey though.
