Free Delivery
Mattress One offers free in-home, white glove delivery, which includes setup and old mattress removal. Free, same-day delivery is available when you buy a mattress online for orders over $799.
Please note that free delivery is not available in all areas and some models are excluded.
Financing Options
Financing is available via the Re-novate consumer credit card from TD Bank, N.A., Snap Finance, and Genesis Credit. The Re-novate card has a 29.99 percent APR and with a minimum purchase of $1,500, you may qualify for 60 months, 0 percent interest financing.
Snap Finance offers a no-credit needed option if you are more than 18 years old and have a steady source of income. There is a $59 processing fee.
Genesis Credit provides 12 months of 0 percent interest, but you must make equal payments. If not paid in full within one year, 28.99 percent APR is applied to the remaining balance.
Price Match
Mattress One creates a quality shopping experience by offering a 120-day price match guarantee. If you see a lower price advertised for your model, you can contact customer service for a partial refund. This is a great way to help customers feel at ease in a sales environment. In-Home Trial
Mattress One offers a 120-180 day in-home trial. If you wish, you can make a one-time comfort exchange. There is a $129.99 transportation fee for all exchanges. If you chose a soft mattress and you need to be sleeping on a firmer mattress, you have a fallback plan. If you choose a more expensive model, you just pay the difference; however, if you choose a cheaper model, you don’t get a refund or store credit for the difference. You don't want to be left with a mattress you can't use, especially if you are spending thousands of dollars. An in-home trial is always a plus.

The only thing that we find lacking with Mattress One is the limited customer support via its website. For phone support, you can only call Monday-Saturday during the hours of 10 AM-6PM. You do have the option of contacting via email, but no live chat feature is offered at this time.
