Loom & Leaf mattresses are designed by Saatva for comfort and good sleep. Saatva was founded in 2010 by a team dedicated to disrupting the mattress industry and creating a better mattress shopping experience for customers.
The mattresses are available in all regular sizes and have two firmness options. The Loom & Leaf memory foam mattress comes in relaxed firm and firm. Relaxed firm is the most popular comfort level and is designed to suit all sleep positions. It provides a medium combination of plush comfort and contouring support making it a good fit for couples with different sleep position preferences. Loom & Leaf’s firm mattress is designed to deliver balanced support for stomach sleepers, or those who prefer a very firm mattress. Because it is made with firmer foam sleepers will feel like they are floating on top of the mattress instead of sinking in.
Loom & Leaf mattresses are a higher-end memory foam mattress and are priced slightly higher than mid-range memory foam offerings. Luxury features include an organic cotton cover, free white glove delivery, and setup. Loom & Leaf also has a good return policy and mattress warranty. These services ensure that clients are satisfied with their purchase.
The company offers competitive financing with 19.99 APR and no interest if the mattress is paid for in full within the first six months.
Loom & Leaf makes your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, which includes offering payment and financing options to suit your specific needs. Loom & Leaf offers one of the best APR financing in the country with a 19.99 APR. However, clients do not have to pay any interest if they pay the full cost of the mattress within six months.
To set-up a payment plan for your mattress, you must sign up to pay through Klarna, an online payment management system. Customers select Klarna and apply at checkout. You will know if you are approved in seconds. If approved, you will be presented with your personalized promotional payment plan showing your APR and monthly payment amount. If you decide to accept your payment plan, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Klarna and can manage your account through the Klarna App.
The Loom & Leaf mattress has four layers: a quilted organic cotton covering, a brand-specific gel layer that offers cooling and good spine support, high-quality eco-friendly memory foam, and a double layer of breathable support foam. Each of these layers makes the Loom & Leaf mattress comfortable.
The Loom & Leaf mattress comes in all sizes from twin and twin extra long to king and California king. Clients also have the option to choose the level of firmness: relaxed firm or firm.
Loom & Leaf mattresses are also handcrafted in the United States and produced in an eco-friendly way. Saatva, the manufacturer, is committed to producing mattresses in an environmentally responsible way. Every Loom & Leaf mattress features foams that meet the CertiPUR-US® standards for health and environmental safety. Foams are made with renewable oils and produce fewer greenhouse gases during manufacturing. Saatva’s national manufacturing network also means that a mattress travels less than 100 miles on average from the factory to your doorstep.
Loom & Leaf mattresses come with a 15-year prorated warranty. During the first two years of the warranty, the mattress will be fully replaced if there are defects. Saatva guarantees that its American made luxury mattresses will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a non-prorated period of 15 years. Body impressions greater than 3/4″ are covered by the warranty.
For the remainder of the warranty, the mattress will be replaced at a reduced cost to the owner. The mattress is replaced at a 70 percent discount for the client during years three through five. The next five years, the mattress can be replaced for half the cost of the original mattress. The remaining years on the warranty allow the mattress to be replaced at a 25 percent discount.
The warranty is only valid if the mattress is well-taken care of and rests on a qualifying frame — a platform bed, an adjustable bed frame, or a metal frame that meets Loom & Leaf’s specifications.
Loom & Leaf offers several bed frame options to customers including designer bed frames, an adjustable bed frame, and a basic foundation and frame. It sells an adjustable bed frame called Lineal™ that can move to recline, sit, or raise feet. It also includes a massage feature. All of the movements are controlled with a remote.
Loom & Leaf’s signature bed frame has a 25-year warranty. The warranty covers repair costs fully during the first five years. During the subsequent years, those services are still offered to clients at discounted prices.
Clients who order the bedframe receive free delivery and set-up but cannot return or exchange the frame.
Loom & Leaf offers customers a free, white glove delivery service. This is above industry standard and a really nice feature. When you buy one of its mattresses, you get the Saatva service standard. Saatva will hand deliver and set up your mattress and foundation in the room of your choice. As a bonus, it will also take away your old bed at no additional cost. If you’d like your old mattress to be removed, make sure to select this option at checkout.
Loom & Leaf has only been offering its products since 2015. It might not have as many products or as much experience as other companies in the market.
Because Loom & Leaf mattresses are delivered with complimentary white glove service, you will be responsible for a $99 transportation cost if you choose to return your mattress during your 180-night trial. Customers still receive a full refund for the cost of the mattress.
If at any point during your 180-night home trial you decide to exchange your Loom & Leaf for a different one, you can contact Saatva customer service. It will send out a new mattress for a $99 transportation fee. Once your exchanged mattress is delivered, a new 180-night sleep trial begins.
Other competitors in the industry do not typically charge a fee for returning or exchanging a mattress.
