Beautyrest is the flagship brand of the Simmons bedding company. You might remember the company’s commercials which featured a bowling ball demonstration to show how little motion is transferred from one side of the bed to the other while sleeping.

Each mattress is designed and made to order in the United States. Beautyrest uses a three-tiered quality system, with Silver, Platinum, and Black.

The Beautyrest Silver is the entry-level line, with over 20 innerspring and hybrid mattress models. It was previously known as Beautyrest Classic and Beautyrest Recharge. Queen mattress prices range from $699-$1,999.

The Beautyrest Platinum line is the midrange option, with over 16 regular coil, as well as hybrid foam options. This Beautyrest hybrid line offers luxury firm, extra firm, firm, plush, and ultimate plush comfort level availability for body contouring while you are sleeping, as well as pillowtop and non-pillowtop choices. Queens range from $1,299-$2,999.

The Beautyrest Black is the highest quality collection of more than 17 premium mattresses ranging between $1,700-$3,499. Unique technologies are used to make this comfortable mattress line. These include three-stranded pocket coil technology designed to offer pressure point relief and back support, as well as Micro Diamond Memory Foam comfort layer which conforms and supports your body and uses special diamond particles to help dissipate heat. Some models include BlackICE gel memory foam on the upper surface of the mattress for additional heat control and/or a special SurfaceCool Plus Fiber that combats additional heat retention.

Beautyrest makes about 50 high-quality mattress models, with eight Queen size models under $1,000, and zero under $500. Beautyrest SmartMotion adjustable bases with features like a Zero-G, massage, SnoreRelief, memory presets, USB charging, and weight limits of 650 or 850 pounds are also available.

With Beautyrest, you can choose a pricing level, different firmness levels, and euro or pillow topper options. The company offers several types of heat control as well as innerspring options with foam technology comfort layer options or hybrid mattress options.

Sleep Tracker

Customers get a free Sleeptracker monitor with qualifying purchases. It uses sensors on your bed and mattress to measure your body's respiration and heart rate while sleeping, as well as your sleep cycle and movement. An alarm system will wake you up at the optimal time for your body.

The device can record two sleepers at once and provides information in the Sleeptracker app to help you get a good night's sleep.

Warranty

Most models carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturer defects. As with most mattress warranties, you need to use a mattress protector and a proper mattress foundation, as well as follow the proper usage instructions.

You can't get a Queen size Beautyrest mattress for less than $699. While some companies will make a low-priced option just to have one available, Beautyrest doesn't make low-price or low-quality mattresses.

I have purchased two Beautyrest mattress sets in the last 20 years. The first was a twin set for my teenage grandson. He was heavily involved in football and baseball. The mattress set gave him the comfortable support he needed in order to sleep well. The second set I purchased was a full size set for myself when I moved to an unfurnished apartment, after years of sleeping on mattresses provided by landlords. The remarkable support provided by the Beautyrest mattress set was wonderful! I hadn't slept so well in years! The price of both sets was well within the range that the other mattress companies were asking, and I feel the product is superior, justifying a slightly higher price.

Bought a beauty rest mattress from the local mattress store, and I am under whelmed with the quality and comfortableness of the new mattress. It’s not as soft or “hugging” and I would like, unfortunately I can not take it back, and I am stuck with it. Next time I will buy a mattress from the internet companies that deliver and guarantee the product for 100 days or so. Big mistake on my part.

In 2019 I gifted my two sons queen sized mattresses. I upgraded them from full sized to queen sized beds. The mattresses are well made and still in excellent condition. I purchased a new home in 2022 and returned to this brand to purchase a queen sized mattress for the guest bedroom. All three purchases has been good investments.

We purchased an expensive Beautyrest mattress from the Mattress Store. it lasted 3 years before warping and causing me so much back pain I could hardly stand up. We tried to utilized the warranty but it was not honored. I would not recommend their mattresses.

We bought a beauty test mattress with a 5-year warranty. We were told that we could bring it in, any time, within 9 months after purchase of we want to upgrade. We moved a month after we bought the mattress and, 2 months later, when I was about turn the mattress, I noticed it was torn at one of the handles. The material seemed cheap at the year & I decided to make a claim & upgrade to a better, more expensive mattress as we were within the 9-month period (we planned to pay the difference). The furniture store where we bought it refused to honor the replacement policy for an unrelated reason. Although it wasn't Beauty Rest who was denying the replacement policy, it was soured on Beauty Rest because of how easily the fabric tore. I was told that the handles were not for lifting the mattress but only for adjusting it once you have it in place, which I found ridiculous.

We have friends who swaer by Beautyrest Mattresses so we thought we would give them a try..... Have to say that we hit a Homerun with our Beautyrest mattress purchase . So good that we purchased more than one !! Have had no problems with this mattress at all..... The comfort and value of these mattresses is EXCELLENT and we even called the store we bought from to tell them how pleased we were with our mattresses ! We will recommend Beautyrest Mattresses to our family and friends for sure.

Since i have been sleeping on this matress no more back issues. sometimes with the old mattress i had to roll out of bed or get help getting out. i thought it was just me that my back was going out not true. it is like having the right chair to sit in works for where you lay your body on as well

we purchased 4 Beautyrest mattress's for our kids bed's when it was time to replace their old ones. the price we paid I felt was a pretty good deal. the mattress's we chose were comfortable and so far have lasted and held up very well. it has been 7 years since purchasing and they are still in really good shape. im sure that when the time comes to replace these ones we will be going with a Beautyrest again.

We have had more expensive mattresses in the past that don't even come close to the quality we found with Beautyrest. If you are looking for a mattress, do yourself a favor and look into Beautyrest before buying something else. I'm positive you will be surprised.

This has been my favorite mattress I've ever owned. It is perfect for my specific needs: soft pillow-top to help with pressure points, medium firmness underneath to help back issues. I've tried temperpedic mattresses and couldn't stand the way they felt; pillow-top is better for me, personally. I chose the Beautyrest because it was supposed to move less when two people are in the bed, and I feel it has done a good job with that compared to our last mattress. It was pretty expensive, but sadly, all decent mattresses are.

We like our mattress and have had it five years. It's held up well, but it holds heat in and that can become a big problem. It looks nice and is comfortable, but for the price paid, I was hoping it would have a few more benefits. Overall, a nice mattress if you aren't in the mindset to do a ton of comparison shopping.

Got to use one of these at an airbnb. Bed was comfortable for both myself and my wife. Given I sleep on my back and my wife sleeps on her side it's not often a bed gives us both a good nights sleep when we travel but this one did it's job. We'll consider it in the future when we look to get a new bed.

Years ago- we bought a Magellan firm and it lasted about 10 years. it was a wooden framed pillow top so we could not flip the mattress, only turn it but it was comfortable- but my husband gained a lot of weight and it was not the same. When we moved to a new home last year- we purchased a new Beautyrest from matress firm, as they were on sale and were knew not to get a framed mattress- so we chose a Pressuresmart mattress and boxspring. we can turn and flip it but now we want to get a new adjustable bedframe-now what to do with a free boxspring ?!

Over the course of the last 10 years we have had 3 different quality mattresses. Beautyrest is our favorite by far. It has kept is shape and firmness well past the point of other mattresses failing in our experience. I am 100% positive that the next time I am in the market for a new mattress I will be buying a Beautyrest.

Great bed initially. The look of the mattress beats the actual feel of the mattress. I keep my Beautyrest for a period of two years because it was too soft. The salesman also told me that it was the highest quality and ideal for staying cool while asleep. This was a waste of money.

We purchased a select mattress which was a cross between a memory foam and spring mattress. It sleeps very very hot almost feels like it radiates and holds the heat. I don't l think I will opt for this type with my next purchase its made well and would be a great mattress if wasn't so hot.

I currently have a Beautyrest mattress and at first, it felt extremely comfortable but here we are just a few years down the road and it has broken down quite a bit. It dips down even after having rotated the mattress multiple times. Just wish for the amount of money we spent that it would have lasted a bit longer.
