They add insurance to your loan without telling you. Explaining it. Just sign here. The insurance makes it higher. They do not have the best interest rates. One main on the belt has better rates. Stay away from Missouri regional finance. The girls are lovely and helpful i wish they would’ve explained the insurance. It would turn it down. It is now closed with them but will not return. Everything in the email process confuses my mother

i would give 0 stars if i could all the ladies in the office are extremely rude and demanding and accused me of hanging up and i was late on a payment and while they were arguing with me over the phone they tried to charge my account without permission i do not reccomend them and i am gonna pay my account off asap so i don’t have to deal with there BS

I had a bad experience with Regional Finance in League City, TX. First one employee took all of my information over the phone. When it had been over a week without hearing from her, I called and was told she was on vacation. There was silence on the phone until I had to ask if someone else could help me. The next lady reluctantly agreed, and I gave her all of my information again plus upload documents. I was turned down even though my credit is not that bad and the loan amount was small. I was OK with their decision but disappointed at all the trouble I went through.
