I'd say my overall experience with CIBC was not too bad. The customer service and the mortgage agents act quickly and efficiently. However, during the preapproval time, they assigned a new employee although I asked for a different one. And that young guy knew nothing and responded to my questions slowly with irrelevant content, and that wasted a lot of my time. So even later I got the load approval from another agent, I didn't take it.
