Horrible customer service. I've gotten the run around several times from this company. I sent in a simple request two months ago and have received different feedback from diffferent representatives! There is no streamlined process for customer service. Everything is slow!!!!

Voya has the worst customer service. Term life insurance increased a total of more than 250% multiple times within 4 years. Voya had to pay the SEC multiple times for less than ethical practices, the last was Dec 2020.
