Can access website but cannot access account or interact with customer website using ANY browser. Cannot change password. or Delete/clear account and re-register for online access. Attempts to re-register result in error message; USERID ALREADY TAKEN. Customer Service (Brian) could not resolve despite security vetting for authorized access.

We second the opinions below. This customer service of this company lies and gives misinformations and actually doesn't know the basic information. Horrible customer service. I've gotten the run around several times from this company. I sent in a simple request two months ago and have received different feedback from diffferent representatives! There is no streamlined process for customer service. Everything is slow!!!!

Voya has the worst customer service. Term life insurance increased a total of more than 250% multiple times within 4 years. Voya had to pay the SEC multiple times for less than ethical practices, the last was Dec 2020.
