Weekly and Seasonal Maintenance Programs

Gibbs Landscape offers two residential maintenance programs. The weekly program is designed for those who want/need weekly maintenance for their property. Clients can expect a specially trained crew to be on site each week to perform the following lawn care services:

• Ground cover control
• Insect and disease control
• Weed control
• Tree maintenance
• Fertilization of plant material
• Edging
• Leaf removal
• Aerate and overseed of cool-season turf in fall (fescue)
• Scalping of warm-season turf in spring (Bermuda)
• Irrigation system startup shut down and monitoring
• Mowing of all turf areas
• Fertilization and weed control
• Hand pruning of ornamental plant material

The seasonal program is a solution for clients who don’t want or need the weekly lawn maintenance. The seasonal program includes the following services:
