I was finally able to find a company on Angi that came out to work on my grandpa's basement. The entire floor of carpet was wet from a pipe burst. Luckily, it was just in the basement. My grandpa is old and not savvy with the internet, so I took over and found Brickwood. They were pleasant to speak with and fully assessed the area and explained the intensity of the water damage. They had to remove the carpet and wood boards underneath, which led to concrete. After lifting up all the wet soggy flooring, they put down waterproof vinyl instead, as a preventative measure in case of reoccurrence of a leak, so we wouldn't have to deal with carpet/wood/mold if another pipe burst. Brilliant! We very pleased with the work.
