Not great. They are very high priced and rarely find you an employee. I've used them for several of my companies. It didn't seem to matter what field I was looking for; the candidates either never came; or weren't qualified. I had better luck on other sites.

This site offers a lot of jobs to apply for. However, sometimes when you go for an interview, the job descriptions on the website does not match what the interviewer job descriptions.

I used to zip recruiter as a recruiter, and not an applicant. I had a very good experience in terms of the type of candidate that I was able to reach through this platform. The interface was a little convoluted, but after a couple of days of training, I was able to figure it out the ins and outs of the application. The features to communicate with candidates were not as good. Sometimes if applicants did not enter emails correctly, I was not able to contact them. The system wasn’t letting people input any type of response for examples emails without the @ as well as incomplete phone numbers.
