I have had several experiences with this company online. There were several points that I was in the job market and somebody referred me to this company. There were several jobs and the descriptions of the job were good and detailed. All of their descriptions were great. I did have to talk to customer service a few times and the few times that I did, they were professional and very thorough with me: The one thing that I don’t like about this company is actually the website. There are a lot of things on that website that are difficult to find and not very easy to navigate back-and-forth. The pages are very jumbled looking and it is not well organized either. But my overall experience, it was good and I really enjoyed the customer service.

I have landed a few jobs from here. The process is great. daily emails are sent to me on the saved searches I created so I am first to know. The status is updated in a timely manner depending on how fast HR can work. I know they are busy people. There is an archive so you can place previous jobs there and not clutter up the list when they get old or completed the process. I like how you can save your documents and easily upload them when you need to. It makes the process so much easier.

They have also gotten employment through USA Jobs. It is very helpful that you can also put your resume on there. They present government jobs and civilian jobs as well.

I like the ability to select the types of jobs I am interested in, how long I want to continue searching for a job in my chosen field and being able to save different resumes in their system. I dislike the search function, you have to be really mindful of too many parameters to focus in on a particular job.

I've used USAJobs to apply for DoD, state, and local government jobs to mixed levels of success. I loved applying for jobs that I could directly apply to through USAJobs, but I also had many jobs where I'd have to answer questions on USAJobs and then answer those same questions (and many more) on those agencies jobs too. I maintain my profile(s) on USAJobs just in case, but I definitely prefer using them for jobs (typically federal) where I can just submit my application directly through their site.

Excellent website to search for federal government jobs. The searching can use a little help... I found it a little clunky. For best results to try and get all jobs in your area. First start with Zip Code, then use City and State, then try County. Lastly, if you live close to a Military installation, search by the Installations name. Aside from that, I love their notification system...

Oh my god, this site is impossibly annoying. I know at the end of the day it is more so on the government, but the application processes are so convoluted that you end up giving up trying to apply for lots of jobs. The site itself is also very basic, although I think most job site are antiquated and not user friendly. Only worth using if you REALLY want a particular job and am willing to jump through a million hoops.
